I’d like to autoplay a video in Slider Revolution but I’m having mixed results. I did it as a layer and that worked only the first time I viewed the page. Then I tried to do it as the actual background to the slider with the same result. Works fine in Safari but not in Chrome. Hi, Ronneby team! I have some Q regarding ur theme:
1. I can’t find a way to change hyperlinks in the Footer. I’d like to have 5-6 hyperlinks in the center of the footer, but I only found an option, that allows to put there same things as in top menu. Example -> http://rnbtheme.com/two/# (at the bottom Layouts/Blog/Portfolio Features/Elements/Shop).
2. “Search” pop-up screen is really nice. Is there a way to do the same thing for “contact form”?
3. There’s cool Video in this demo -> http://rnbtheme.com/four/ (at the middle). “Man walking up the stairs” which, would fit perfectly for the website, that I’m currently making. Where can I find such nice Vid as this?

Thank you for your attention to our theme.
1 Check Appearance > Menus as it’s menu set as Footer menu in Manage locations tab. So you need to create your menu and set as Footer navigation.
2 There is no such option for the contact form but you can use Modal box module and place contact form inside.
3 Unfortunately, we haven’t kept the resource we purchased the video.

I need to translate several things but I can’t seem to do it. I need the files es_ES.po and es_ES.mo. Why are they not included?
Also, in the horizontal contact block phone field I need to write a html code to be able to create a link to whatsapp, but the php file is difficult to edit because of the way it’s made. Is there any solution to this? I need to translate our address, our phones and our email.

The Spanish localization is not included to the theme. As for the translation, it is possible to perform with the Poedit program if you need to translate the theme related parts.
Please, find your en.pot file from the folder themes/ronneby/lang. Open it in Poedit, generate .po for the language you need.
In this file, you can find necessary words you need to be translated. Translate the necessary phrases and please, upload the new po. and mo. files to the folderthemes/ronneby/lang.

Please make sure you have added Google API key in Theme Options > General Options, more details about key creation here. If the key is added please make sure you have enabled Javascript API for the map, added billing details and link to your set in API settings, all these settings can be checked in Google API console. Please go to the page with the map and open the console in the browser, you will see the error with the link to google console documentation. Please make sure you have added the address in one line.

Hi, the spacer element was working just fine then now it is unresponsive. No matter how many times I change the pixel number, when I view the changes on the preview screen, there is absolutely no space created. What could be causing this?

I just updated to ronneby 2.5.2 and had this message in dashboard:
Envato apply new rules for the Wordpress themes so only 3.x version will be kept as it’s recoded according to these new rules In May. Version 2.5.x will be removed soon and marked as deprecated.
What does this mean ???

We have released 2 version 2.5.2 (for users who use Envato market plugin to update) and 3.0.3 versions( new re-coded theme which meets new Envato standards). So we recommend clients to update to 3.0.3 version as 2.5.x will be removed as soon as new rules will be applied.

In zip you download on themeforest you can see ronneby (version 2.5.2), ronneby_child, dfd-ronneby(version 3.0.3) and dfd-ronneby_child. So you need to install dfd-ronneby. Please do not forget to activate theme with purchase code after installing and run setup wizard(will start automatically after theme activation).

Ok, I directly took download for wordpress only and the 3.0.3 wasn’t in there.
I’ve got 3 licences with ronneby and 3 test-websites for them.
I don’t have to put purchase code in those test-websites, do I?

In case you would like to test the update before updating the live site you need to update text, activate it and check. After that, you can deactivate theme on test site and move to live.

Hey, What’s up with the theme stating Bad on System Status despite the settings in php.ini being correctly set?
On the lines Time Limit (max_input_time) it claims the settings to show 30 although it’s set to 60 and on the line Max Input Vars (max_input_vars) it claims the settings to show 1000 although it’s set to 3000. I find this in the Ronneby dashboard when I click in to it.

Unfortunately, the php.ini file doesn’t influence the server configuration. Please, contact your host and ask them to increase these parameters. The required value for max_input_time is 120.

Despite my server running all the settings correct, your theme states it’s incorrect.
Your manual is for version 2.0, I am trying to run version 3.0 because you guys say that you’re removing v2.0 and there’s no documentation for v3.0 at all.

Theme modules and theme features are identical for both version. System check doesn’t test php.ini but real server configurations. As we already mentioned, values in php.ini don’t influence the server configuration sometimes so we asked to check valued with hoster.
We don’t manage the refund questions. Get in touch with Envato Team and ask them for a refund.

That’s not the only thing your installation did. It managed to damage my database so I had to recover a backup of it. I lost a lot of settings values due to your theme.
Please make sure you have activated the theme and installed ronneby core. As theme does not remove any setting or content from the database. You can also switch back to the previous version if it’s not deleted or install it back.
Please clarify what exactly do you mean by “settings values due to your theme .”

There is no Breadcrumb module in the theme. You can enable Stunning header in Theme Options > Header Options > Stunning header options as enable breadcrumbs there. Please note that you need to use page template For page builder + header to display Stunning header on pages.

Ronnenby 3.0.3 Header style 9 My header is red background with black text. When i clcik on my shopping cart i get red background with black text. but when i mouseover “View basket or Checkout” it goes the same colour as background (red or maybe its transparent) I cannot find where that mouseover text setting is on the options. can you tell me please.

2 All posts are scrollable on mobiles, just rechecked it both portrait and landscape. There is no option to add the arrows navigation to the blog posts.

Hi, I’ve purchased Ronneby theme and I’m using the child theme.
I also created some custom post (via Toolset Types plugin, v2.3.5) and enriched them with some custom fields (via the ACF plugin shipped with theme). Btw custom posts are Doctors, Facilities and Services. Apparently it’s all woking, but when i edit custom posts (in the backend with standard editor, not WPBackery) I’d like to be able to choose whether display sidebar or not in the frontend, as well as to choose the default template to use (eg. full width). Actually I don’t see metaboxes i normally see within pages and standard posts (I guess I’m missing some integrations).
Is it possible to do that? (modifying functions.php or others files it’s not a problem to me)
