Hey there, each theme update I’ve tried (v. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, and not 1.5) break my site and cause an error that reads, “This site is experiencing technical difficulties.” I don’t need theme support for building the site, I’d just like theme updates besides v1.1 to work. Can you help?

Please, note that it is really important to perform this major update on right way. You should update your theme by performing the following steps:
1. Deactivate and delete Edge Core (Edge CPT) plugin (you can do this via FTP, just go to wp-content/plugins and remove edgtf-core plugin folder completely) 2. Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest 3. Extract it and locate pxlz.zip 4. Extract pxlz.zip and locate the pxlz folder 5. Copy/Replace the contents of the pxlz folder to the /wp-content/themes/pxlz folder of your web site. 6. Login to wp-admin panel, go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install and activate Edge CPT 1.1
Everything should be working well after.

The theme update looks great. There is just one difference from the old version. The update moved the titles in the title areas on my site from centered to left justified. The title area type is still set to “Centered” on each page – but the page titles are displaying on the left. This didn’t change even after clearing my cache. Could you help with this?

It would be difficult to assess/advise on the issue via the comments section. Maybe you could try to navigate to theme options and hit save changes in order to make sure that all options which you have configured are saved and loaded, so if you have particular styling for title it should be loaded also. I’ve tried re-saving the theme settings as well as the settings on each page. Unfortunately, the title tags still aren’t centered. I’d very much appreciate your help so far and would be happy to submit a support ticket. However, I built this site over a year ago so my theme support expired and the ticket won’t go through. The site was working with no issues until this minor issue with the theme update. Is there a place I can email you instead of paying $40 to renew my support for 6 months?

This happened because filter feature is filtering only visible portfolio/blog items and in conjunction with load more feature which loads next batch of items ordered by Date or Title, and this new batch is unfiltered.
You should check the page again, we removed Load More pagination.

Well, we identify perhaps there is a bug in the new version of the theme causing this error. I’ve never used the support before when it was vigent, and now that I really need it, is expired. The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

I already updated the theme but now I have an error caused by a plugin called edgtf. I don’t have duplicate menus. In Appaearance>Menus there are 4 menu: Main Menu Navigation, Fullscreen Navigation Menu, Vertical Menu Navigation, Mobile Menu Navigation. The main navigation menù (with logo on the left) appears twice on two different lines.
