If you want to have the maps on your website, you’ll have to get Google API key which you will add in Mikado options > General. If you still have some issues with this, please submit the ticket on https://mikado.ticksy.com/, provide all informations about the issue and our support agent will try to help you. Also, include URL and admin access in ticket.

Thanks for writing in. Yes, it’s possible, you can easily switch the position of the row where you’re elements are set. Our main page builder is WPBakery and using it you can easily reorder any of our implemented elements how you want on the page. Drag and drop feature is included.

The issue you’re facing is probably because the Core plugin is not updated. We did major updates of the themes and we changed our Mikado plugins, mostly Core. So we can suggest you, when you’re updating theme, to delete our plugins and WPBakery, update the theme and then install those plugins again. If you still have some problem with this, please write on our support mail support@mikado-themes.com, provide them detailed explanation, admin and FTP access and they will be able to help you.

Hello, It’s works now !! I deleted all mikado plugins, Wpbakery page builder and the Gotravel theme. After re-installing all everything works. the only issue i got after is that i lost all my translations. i just restored my .po et .mo for different plugins thanks you very much again !!!

Make sure that you have tour items in your backend and that you have API key for the maps that are used for your tours. All our themes are can be translated with Poedit or with some plugin for translation (WPML, Loco translate, Polylang). You can look for the plugin documentation, where you can find some basic explanation how you can use the plugin. For any issues you have with this, please submit the ticket on https://mikado.ticksy.com/ and our support agents will help you with the issues you’re facing, just provide them all needed information like admin access, URL and detailed explanation of the problems.

Those three filter parameters that you see on our demo page is the one that are included on this filter element. This can be changed in template files and you will have to have little bit of the coding knowledge to achieve this but we will gladly point you to the right direction where you can edit that in case you decide to buy our theme.

You have to insert the price in the backend if you’re planning to use the booking form that is integrated inside of the tour item. Also, payment is performed regularly using Paypal payment method.
