Hi, i have bought your theme, which i found to be a great solution for a walking tour agency. I have, though, a situation that i need assistance with the booking. I want to have 15 slots on a daily trip and offer the option to the user to be able to buy from 1 up to 15 slots with one process. I used the option to chose one slot on the initial booking and then by increasing the cart qty to get the required number of slots. The problem i have here is that the booking does not update the number of slots bought, according to the cart qty, but only sees it as one slot booked. Can this be solved?

Hi! I’m starting a new web project, for a tourism administration council. They need to create different type of destinations and different type of tours. Destinations: cities, products, producers, nature, active tourism, restaurants, etc… Tours: History, Gastronomy, Culture, Sports, etc.
Each destination / tour must be searched by different category/tags: city, target (family, youth, elder), number of days (1,2,weekend…), season, kind of activity (nature, culture,etc.). Client will create new categories depending of the web visitors.
So…my question is: how can I set this destination/tour categories? Is it possible to show destination/tours in different sections, depending of its category/tag?
is your theme fully translation ready?
I need an event calendar to create destination / tours depending of date. What plugin do your recommend me?
How It works AMP version?
And one important question…. my client is a public tourism council, and they don’t sell tourism packages directly. Is it possible to disable all prices in the web?

1. You can create any number of pages which could be setup as destinations, etc.
You can also create any number of tours using the Tour custom post type. However at this time the theme doesn’t include robust search functionality for that content.
The standard WordPress search feature is included though so if that works then great.
2. In terms of categorizing them, you can have any number of instances of the Tour Grid which includes filters like this examples: https://demo.themovation.com/embark/walking-tours/tours/ (3 column grid part way down)
3. Yes our themes are all fully translation ready.
4. If you want to have tours based on a calendar, the included system called Booked does that.
If you want a feature more like an events calendar, we recommend this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
5. For AMP, at this time we do not have specific functions built in but we recommend adding the Google AMP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/
6. Yes all pricing can be disabled.

We inform you we have a problem when demo installing. All plugins report “Ajax Error” and same for pages, post, etc. We find that the last theme downloaded from Themeforest, has a programming value outside the limits allowed to the server, and that ends up causing this error. My cart page does not display the product variation? Only the name of the product, but not the variation. The checkout page does however display both product and the variation. Any idea how I can fix this?

Hi, i have a question relative to the tomap template. On the home page there are 5 categories : san francisco, california, nevada, new jersey, new york. Is it possible for example to rename san francisco ” sun tour ” and link it directly to a tour ? at the moment if you click on ” san francisco ” you go to a page with all the activities in san francisco. What i would like is to be redirected to one tour, instead of a list of many tours. Is it possible ? Thanks

Hi, I am using the embark theme and have recently tried to make my website multilingual. I am using Polylang and Loco Translate but it seems that it is not working well with booked plugin and WooCommerce as my bookings do not appear in booked calendar. Please advise.

Hi, at this time we do not have a search function built into the header, but it’s something that will likely be available in a future update. For now there are a few options:
1. You could add a search link that would lead to a page with the search bar added.
2. It’s possible to modify the template and add in a search bar, which would then just need some styling. So it would take a bit of customization.
3. Or you could use a plugin that replaces the menu system and includes a search feature, like this one: https://codecanyon.net/item/groovy-menu-wordpress-mega-menu-plugin/23049456

Sorry about that I misunderstood your question. I think you want the customer to add their event to their own Google calendar. Sorry, I don’t thin that there is an option for that. But you can sync with a Google Calendar for all bookings.

The free plan is a limited usage license and only provides a specified number of times a feature can be used per month. There are Wordpress plugins that include Add to Calendar with no monthly subscriptions.

We do not wish our competitors to know what theme we’re using. Is it possible to rename the theme without breaking it and is it allowed?

Hi, there is nothing in the license that prevents you from changing the name of the theme, and we have no issue with that.
Technically speaking, there shouldn’t be a problem with changing the folder name. However we do not recommend that you change the theme name in the main stylesheet, since we have a bundled plugin that enables certain features and functions depending on the theme and if the theme name is changed, that will affect those features. At this time we haven’t designed the theme to be white labelled.
Thank you for your reply. If I change the folder name, “Tours” in the Wordpress admin menu disappear. If I change the theme name in the child theme it also breaks?
I tested it prior to my previous response so there shouldn’t be an issue. I take it you have re-activated the theme after changing the folder name? If using a child theme, you would also need to update the style.css file to point to the correct parent theme.

The theme, the page builder, and the booking system are all fully localized and translatable. When it comes to RTL, the page builder does support RTL, but the booking system and some parts of the theme do not specifically support RTL at this time. So it may take a bit of manual work.
Hello. I was almost finished my site a few weeks ago, and came back today to make some more changes, but Elementor will not load. I have tried everything. Version revisions, plugins removal, I can save posts in regular wp, but anything that uses elementor will not edit or publish. The editor loading screen comes up, and the icon spins, a progress bar loads 1/3 of the way and then disappears and the page just stops loading. Hello! Yes, the problem persists. I have tried to reinstall the template several times, and I have even increased the set_time_limit () of the server to 600. Even if I ignore the warning but the installation of the demo gives me several failures of ‘ajax’ any idea that may be happening? Thanks!
Excuse me, solved. It is a limitation of the server: When the machine detects that it tries to establish a specific ‘set_time_limit()’ , it was automatically blocked. Thanks for the help and apologize for the inconvenience.

So any of those can be used, but if you want ones that aren’t included such as Airbnb, then you could look at using a plugin that adds a different social icons widget.
This is one that has lots including Airbnb: https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-icons-widget-by-wpzoom/ – it also has a number of display options so you should be able to make it look as you’d like.
Hi, can I show (or at least highlight/color code) only the days we offer tours? So customers can see immediately which dates offer free slots?
It should be highlighted if the day is fully booked up. Is that what you are looking for?
Thanks for the quick reply. No, what I mean is, if the days we actually offer tours on can be highlighted. Like, we offer a tour this Wednesday and Friday, next week on Thursday only, well at irregular days. Can the customer see at a glance at which days there will actually be a tour without having to click on each day?
