Two things, which were not right…
1.)We purchased the version 1.4.1
The html5 audio player didn’t work so i debbuged the code and found, that there was no event binding on the play button.
After reviewing the code on the demo side, i realized that there's JS codemissing which i then derived from the demo site and placed in the main template include file. (functions.php)

Why didn’t you include the code ?
2.) When upgrading from version 1.4.1 to version 1.5 we lost all songs from
the albums and had to recreate several dozen tracks which was two days of work ! Do you test your code and updates ?
3.) jquery.prettyPhoto.js references to http://, so when having a secure site you have to regex replace the http:// to https:// urls !

This is a NO answer. We bought the initial version 1.4.1 and installed it accordingly.
Clearly, there’s code missing. I did a diff of the demo site vs. the bought plugin site.
Trust me, i do linux for 25 years !
The event code for the player is MISSING !
Also, the Envato plugin doesn’t show up the theme i purchased for the site.
We did the upgrade using the FTP method.
You changed the album table without migrations in the update file
So, provide me software package with all SOFTWARE needed to run the same as mentioned “in the demo site”
We payed and you’ve to deliver the features which is stated in the readme for the theme, it’s as simple as that.

Album player won’t show up on any page I’ve tried inserting it to, the gif noise background won’t show, however I will try to troubleshoot this and if I can’t I will ask for a refund.
It works on demo: https://creedence.edge-themes.com/height/Same album player won’t show up on my website, tried adding album player on several pages and on newly created pages, won’t show up.
You show one thing on your demo and after importing what I’m getting is totally different from what’s on the demo and I’ve to leave a ticket for every issue I have. Why not respond here for people who have similar issues to see and apply the fix.
This is what a bad theme looks to me. The elements that attracted me to the theme isn’t working, Play button can only be on the header, the documentation is very poor, this is unacceptable! If I ask for a refund please refund me to I can get something that works where the developer can answer straight up instead of logging a case and waiting for a fix for every bug.
I worked with the noizzy now and it’s a lot better so I’ll keep that one but I will request a refund for this one. This can easily be one of the best music theme ever but needs more work. Cheers!

I tried to updated it and right after the updating there was a problem with the CREEDENCE MUSIC plugin that broke down the website and I spent the whole day rolling back to backed up versions. No, we just provided you with steps that need to be done. And when this error happen in update process, it is important just to make all update of files over FTP so everything could work well again. So, login via FTP on your server and rewrite all files. Or, backup your previous version, and then do update on right way. We hope this will be ok now.

It really seems that either you are not understanding that I am having problems or you really do not want to help. EVERY TIME i do what you say, my website goes down. And there is no way to update the MUSIC and CORE plugins.

Nobody mentioned anything about child theme. Your CSS settings shouldn’t be lost, however it’s called best practice to back them up in some text file. Envato Market plugin is in charge of updating, in case you connect it via Token.

Theme is on the list of supported items.
Themes are not sorted alphabetically, so you can’t search your theme that way. Themes are sorted by original release date.
You should log out from your Themeforest account and try to Submit a ticket through incognito mode in browser.
There’s no need to log in to forum, just hit “Submit a ticket” button and enter your purchase code.
The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Everything you see in live preview can be imported on your side, once you install our theme. That includes all home pages, media files, demo sliders and a complete layout. All you have to do is to change images and text to your desire & you’re good to go!
