Hi, i chose the type 3 header, all grey. looks great on the homepage but on the other pages it turns white and it’s over the breadcrumb background image. How to fix it? thanks!

Thanks so much for using our theme. Regarding this problem, the header type 3 is suitable for the home page which has slides. In other pages, you can select other header menu types such as type 1, type 2 and type 5. You go to Appearance > Theme Option > Header Option to change the header type for these pages.

Hello. I updated WP to 5.0.3 and wpbakery does not word any more. In backend i see only the shortcodes. I updated the theme, which contains the 5.5.5 version of wpbakery plugin, but i noticed on their site that only version 5.6 of the plugin works with version 5.0+ of WP. Do you know when the latest verion of wpbakery will be included in your theme? Thank you

Did you import demo data? For the home 6, actually, this is RTL version. You can select a home version and go to Appearance > Theme Option > Right to left option > Enable this option.

Hi. I have wpbakery bundled with a theme. Yesterday i updated WP and after update wpbakery doesn’t work in the back-end…it is not visible Every element to build a page or a post of VC. But only classic visual editor with short-codes appears.. In front-end it works fine…i already deactivated all plugins nothing changed.

Option 1. Use Loco Translate plugin. Then, you can search and translate this information in TZ Interiart plugin. This plugin allows you to translate other strings included in theme and plugins as well.
Option 2: Edit in files. In file: tz_view_post.php

and search for:

In the theme package, we don’t include demo images. Instead, we use placeholders to make the import more easily and avoid any unexpected image license problems.

Your theme have outdated files according to the latest version of woocommerce and also current version of theme is not showing product images on single product pages. I wrote to support 2 days ago and haven’t received any reply yet.
