I’m interested in this theme, but with a price tag of $79 it seems like it should have a nicely designed login and register pages and even a login/register button in the menu. The only place I even saw where you could login is on the bbpress forum page.

Am I missing something?

That’s kind of a cop out answer. Your theme is nice, but your customers deserve better for an $80 theme. Other cheaper themes include that feature. You should have a proper login and logout options that fit nicely into the header. That bbpress login widget does not fit inline inside the header. It looks like crap if you try to put it in there.

This is my third time having to come into this comments section to request for someone to answer my troubleticket. I have yet to have anyone from tech support respond to my troubleticket without coming here to post a comment. Last time I threaten to report you to Envato and I got a personal message with an apology. This time I really am going to put in a formal complaint to Envato regarding tech support. The person responded to me on the 18th of last week. Today is now the 24th about to be the 25th of June. I have yet to get a response or assistance. A couple of my issues are still outstanding issues from the request I made on the 12th for assistance. I had to remove the setup I had created for the Portfolio page I built because the Read More button option, does not work when clicked on. Your people had the login to my account. And all they had to do was go to the portfolio section press the button to activate it. So that they could see the issue and fix it. Because I could not leave my site looking the way it was…as my users could not see the rest of the content because the button doesnt work. Also the button needs to be customized because the text cant be read. You know your tech support agent didnt fix that issue even though he had the login to my site. So to try and figure out a way to get assistance from your lazy tech support. I had to find a way to set it up where most of the portfolio images are showing…except for a couple…so that they can see the issue. I have left my site looking like that for over 17 days. Yet no one has bothered to work on my ticket. So I have 2 issues that have been left outstanding for 13 days…I have 3 other issues that I need help with. Yet once again I have to put a message here just to hope to get assistance from tech support. I am going to write up a formal complaint and send it to Envato as soon as I press enter here. With screenshots of my support tickets in the back office. Showing proof of just how long it takes you people to respond and I will screenshot this comments page so that they can see.That I only get assistance from tech support when I put in a message here!

This is my second time having to post a comment here regarding my support ticket. Someone did respond to my support ticket after posting a comment here. I responded back to the support tech with additional issues and that was 5 days ago. I never got a response back and I plan on posting a complaint to Envato about the theme support you offer. You do not respond to tickets unless a person complains in the public comments section. So my advice to customers looking to buy this theme is to know that…they can build a beautiful site with the theme. But should they have issues that require theme support. They will not get it in a timely fashion at all. They will wait for days, almost a week before anyone will bother to answer the support ticket. When they do respond to the ticket, if you reply back, they will leave your ticket open and unanswered for a week or more! The only reason I will not give you guys a 1 star rating, is because I have built a beautiful website with your theme! But your tech support is a joke! It sucks axx & you need to fix it! I am pretty sure you are aware that the reason you don’t have 5 stars is not because of the theme itself. But because of tech support, people read through the negative comments regarding support, they are all true…TECH SUPPORT FOR THIS THEME SUCKS!

We aim to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, but due to the amount of tickets we receive, and holiday season, reply times might take a bit longer especially wehn users open a ticket before weekend. just bought and installed your theme. Nice work :-) One issue: I need a similar header and menu style for every page. But when i save the Visual Composer layout, all the header infos are gone: menu backround white not black…sticky header…menu font color etc. Can i change this globally? Regards

Everything you set in Edge Options should be applied globally to all your pages, unless those settings aren’t set in the page option, in that case it will override Global Options.

Thx. Last Question: How can i set the logo bigger? i increased the logo wrapper with css, but the Logo is only defined with “element” and i can´t make it bigger (the source picture is 110, but displayed is 55px). Thanks again

This is how logo dimensions work:

Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.

As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions on desktop will be 50×50.

In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.

That ‘line through’ effect can be disabled easily using CSS code. After theme purchase, please note that you’ll have 6 months of free support, so you can write a ticket and our support agents will provide CSS code to remove line through menu items.

I just updated the theme to the latest version and now the whole website returns HTTP ERROR 500.

This is because you didn’t update Edge Core to 1.0.2

Open up your FTP account and navigate to wp-content/plugins.

Remove edge-core folder and you’ll be able to log in to WP again.

Then install new Core plugin from the notification on the top.

Same thing. Cannot customize it at all and my client is growing impatient. It shows me only the classic code view. Plugins are outdated. Hopefully this will get fixed in the next 24h or I’ll be asking for a refund.

RevSlider will not install whatsoever. It will create the folder, but the install fails.

Thank you for your fast reply. The reason I asked is because the last update of this Theme dates back to the 11th of October 2018. WordPress is now in version 5.x (released 6th of December) which isn’t listed in the compatibility list under “Software Version”.
