Hi Team, We’re planning to purchase this theme, and have some queries before purchase. Please confirm whenther the below functionality is available in this theme. If there are are 3 categories named action, comedy, sentiment and there are 20 movies in each category, can we create a playlist for each category such that when user clicks on a video of particular category they should redirect to playlist of that category and autoplay all the videos of that category one after another. if yes, can you please share the demo.

HI, Thanks for the response, In Tech Playlist autoplay , autoplay is enabled, the page is redirecting to next video but the next video is playing only after small scroll. The next video is not playing automatically without scrolling or any mouse event. Can I remove that mouse event so that the next video will play without any mouse event?

Hi, Not only your account. Do you remember that you have not registered successfully on our support forums during the Envato API upgraded and we have added your account by manually, right? The purchase code is required on our support service. And now with the new API version, you can use your purchase code and register your account on our service. Your old account has not verified by purchase code will be removed. But the previous threads are still intact if you want.

It’s been so many days now. The theme is not not fully functional on tablet and even iPhone. Understands that we do buy pics to make ours website stand out. If they only work on desktop and only a tiny bit of it shows on tablets, iPad, then the theme is not Responsive as stated. In want to rate it when I’m happy. I don’t want to wait for the whole subscription to run out.

I was trying to view the size of the VIEM yellow logo. It is hosted on your page with no option to download it. I’m trying to figure the measurements so I can add my own but I have no access to it. Usually one click demo would add such files in the media folder. Everything is hosted on your servers. This can’t make people happy.

Hi , Do we have to upload thumbnail picture separably on each video? or there is any way to generate automatically ?
We have provided an option Videos Thumbnail to help you select “Auto” to grab it automatically from Youtube, Vimeo, .mp4 file. If you upload the Featured Image in the single video editor then the Featured Image will be used. Please go to Theme Options > Video > Videos Settings > Videos Thumbnail

1. I was reading in the comment section and review section about bugs i understand every application have to pay their dues one way or another my question is how soon do you fix problem that arises from the theme.
2. i was wondering do you have like a way users can vote for a video or something. moreover i will like users to be able to vote videos submitted.
3. How do you accept videos uploaded does admin have to activated them to show on user end or after upload it goes straight to the front end.
4. do you have like your own support system? and is it free or themeforest users have to pay for it.
One other thing for optimization can i use jetpack plugin with your theme.

1. We will always fix the issues as soon as possible. In the review section about bugs, some users are the newbie, for example, https://themeforest.net/ratings/2899205 The user wants to use the Video Layout filter by the categories but he has not yet applied the videos for the categories… But as I said we will always fix the issues as soon as possible and for the suggest a feature please kindly wait for sometime.
2. Yes, we will consider the feature review on the videos and bring it to the next version.
3. In Theme Options, we have provided the Community Videos Settings section to help you enable/disable Submit Videos. Also the option Default status for submitted videos: pending – It required admin approve to published or not ; Published – after upload it goes straight to the front end.
