Hi there, I have a couple questions before purchasing: 1. On the demo on a desktop, it shows a search icon located in the drop down menu, however, when viewed on the mobile, it does not show the search icon. Can this be done? I want to make sure readers can search from the menu bar on their phones. 2. The call to action feature, can this be adjusted to appear at the top of all pages, including blog posts? Want to know if there is a way to get an email optin form to appear at the top, to get more eyes on it.

1. Even though there’s no search for mobile on demo version, you can add this feature on your side, once you install theme, because we included mobile header widget area.
2. Yes, of course, once you insert widget into any widget area it will automatically be displayed on all pages. Then you can turn it off for each page individually from theme options, if you want to hide it on certain page.

Thanks for the quick response! So just to clarify (not sure if there was a typo there), you mean there is a widget area for the menu bar that I can include a search bar? Wasn’t sure if you meant to say “site” instead of side, but just wanted to make sure you didn’t mean side bar. Also, when you say the widget area can be displayed on all pages, does that include blog posts as well?

I´m, really considering to present your theme to my client because I love it but it worryes me the page speed because when I navigate through your demo it is really, really slowly… I´m considering if it is because the images you use or because of the server in which it´s hosted. Do you have any other demo which I can see to check the speed of the page, one more optimized? Or it is really so slowly?
On the other hand, are you planning a new update of the WP bakery plugin or ir is still using the old one?

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them by one one. We hope that update will be available soon.

Since 22 December 2018 no update. Leaves me with an outdated Page Builder plug-in which has php 7.3 issues and does not support the new Gutenberg editor.
When will an update be available fixing the inconvenience with legacy mode plug-ins and solving php 7.3 issues? Or is this time a typical “customer paid for plug-in and we don’t care anymore”?

It’s important to note that all our themes are compatible with the latest WP and PHP version, so there’s nothing to worry about.
Since the release of WP 5, Gutenberg became default editor. To revert to WPBakery page builder, please install Classic Editor plugin from Plugins > Add new. Or get in touch with our support team https://edge.ticksy.com/ to update your copy of WPBakery which includes compatibility with WP 5.

If you updated WordPress to the latest version, your default page builder becomes Gutenberg. To revert to WPBakery, please go to Plugins > Add New and install Classic Editor free plugin. I’m trying to make changes to the header colors, fonts etc. through theme options panel. But not able to do so. Folder permissions were set to 755, but it did not work. Changed the permission to 777 also, still it is not working.
