Our website does still not run properly on mobile devices. Ticket has been open since last week. As no one could help us, we found the problem ourselves but are not able to solve the problem. Would be great if anyone could take a look at it as we lose users everyday as the key function does not work on mobile devices.

When you submit the ticket, our support agent will help you with theme installation and take a look what is causing the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, check with your hosting provider which PHP version and PHP resources do you have. Requirements for the theme to have successful installation and demo import are (this is really important):

1. PHP version should be 5.6. and higher

2. PHP resources should be:

max_execution_time = 300; memory_limit = 128M; upload_max_filesize = 128M; post_max_size = 256M; max_input_vars = 3000;

Yes, those are necessary values on order to run premium themes. So, some fair enough resources are requested and this is not strange at all. All you should do is to contact your hosting provider to boost these values for you. When it comes to refund request, if you already submitted it, it will be processed.

I’t a good theme but need to improve the speed test and functionality. It is important to know that the maps that appear in “Destinations section”, you had to do it yourself. Is not a theme functionality. A lot of HARD HARD work. You also need to know adobe editing tools.

Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance. Okay, so I’ve tried setting up my website using Backpack Traveler Theme with two different developers that I have trying to help me set up the site, and they both just can’t figure it out because the theme is just so difficult and complicated to navigate.

I purchased this theme because it claimed to have a simple one-click import of the demo content. As you can see from my previous ticket, I was not able to download it one click, and many times I stayed 11 hours trying to download it unsuccessfully. I had to contact the BlueHost tech support for them to actually be able to import it manually (what a hassle).

I also purchased this theme because I have no experience with Wordpress, nor am I tech-savvy, and this theme said I would be able to “create a travel blog and do it in a jiffy!” Well, unfortunately, it has been over a month of me trying to get this theme to work so I can officially go live with my blog (and I’ve spent over $100 hiring developers to try and help me) and my website still isn’t even close to being done.

Also, your customer service is awful. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and have always had to wait over 4 days to get a response, and when you do respond it’s the most vague answers that don’t help at all… I’m seriously very upset.

I’m tired of trying to get this thing to work the way it should. I would please like a REFUND because this item is not working the way it should. Please let me know who I should contact concerning this or if you can do it yourself. This has become a frustrating experience. I wish it didn’t have to end this way. Once again, please let me know who I should contact in order to get a refund.

These are only couple of predefined graphics, that serve as an example of how you could design your website. Even though you’ll receive these graphics in the demo import process, we advise creating them for yourself.

Regarding point 3, yes, this is exactly what we’re talking about. The entire point behind custom shortcodes is to combine them onto different pages, it doesn’t matter if it’s a home page or not. In either way, we advise using static page for your home.

Awesome, had to confirm this since, Wordpress by default won’t let you show blog post in a static page. And the current theme I have won’t let me do this (& they don’t have short-codes to achieve this either). Will make the purchase soon :)
