Hi, when i try to make a search of products with no parameters or just acccess to de Car Listing page, not shows anything. Only if i add a category parameter to url it works and shows the products.

i have created support ticket you said everything would work fine and nothing worked. 1) translation isnt working 2) after updating i perform search , cars are found but i cant get into the availiable products 3) the paid feautures are dissappeared after update 4) the form in other language still not working 5) you said everthing will be fine in 1 week and 3 weeks have passed my site still not working.

its been more than 15 days and you have not fixed the error. what is it taking so long a error that takes 5 minutes to fix? PATHETIC SUPPORT!! i have given all the details and error file attached and even given admin credentials long time ago but still not fixed. every time i had to escalate here in public comment or the support team will not respond. you guys need to learn about customer service.

your support team contacted me with a surprise message that they were not able to access the site for the second time in a row since the website is not loading.
I did a little lookin and found that they have been trying with a typo error in the url and using www.rentanext.com instead of www.rentalnext.com. they were missing the letter “l” . ???
now the problem is i responded within minutes they replied to my ticket but till now no response back. if it taking another two days to respond back to my ticket i am sure im not going to bare it anymore.

Hi Unfortunately via our theme you can only search by dates and we do not have the feature to search by time
This cannot be true – how comes you can pass DATE to Single Item Cart, but not Time?

Hi date time is available in the product single page for booking. However when you want to search product you can search available product by date only.

There is no info regarding placing TIME in front-end search, only How to enable Drop Off / Pickup times for product. – disable/enable pickup dates and times.

Also – if i have Hourly pricing, like for bike rent – the bike could be un-available for next client to rent, because it’s used. That’s why it is obligatory to have TIME selector in front end.

Hi! I have two languages on my Woo site. For english i have reactive template with id 1, and in other language with 2 each language has their own translation page, where shortcode is pasted (but they search in same taxonomies, only redirect car page is different), problem is, that i’m switching language, entering my page, edit as admin blocks, add translation, save template – but it’s not being saved, upon going again in that page, checked block – and translation not saved.
I’m also trying to send in ticket – but your site says it’s for different Envato product.

I tried several times importing demo data using the plugin one click demo importer for importing the Turbo_Listing layout but still it shows error as Error: Widget import data could not be read. Please try a different file. I have also sent you a ticket but yet to get a response. please make your response quicker to make people happy. slow response will make people frustrated.

the issue is not solved and they did not even see my ticket and error files that i have attached! i really dont know if your support team is dedicated to provide support or just provide just for the sake of purchasing. in spite of mentioning the issue clearly in the ticket they ask me the same detail again which is very disappointing! i clearly can say that according to one click demo import plugin error message, the problem is with your configuration. i have tested with five different servers and the error message is the same

answer me one thing. have you saw the error message i have attached? how many times i have to repeatedly tell you guys? the problem is with your one click demo importer configuration . please try to understand the problem first by studying the entire report dont just rush to answer the ticket it wont solve any problem.
NOTE: I have cleaned entire database 10 times and imported demo of turbo theme the same error (see attached file) pops up again and again. I have installed three fresh wordpress and tried it. again same problem with same error message. Other styles like turbo bike or turbo car import successfully. the problem is only with turbo listing.
I hope i have elaborated everything clearly. now, see the error message file attached and try to solve the configuration error at your server end.
