Booked appointments plugin is bundled with the theme. The tables at http://pizzahouse.themerex.net/reservation/ are created with WPBakery page builder elements (images) so you can easily rearrange the tables and add/remove the blocks.

1. You can add Search to the sidebar for example. In order to do that please open appearance->Widgets->Main sidebar.
2. In order to edit Book a table button, please open theme options->Header->Button title.
3. If you want to edit layout of the header and add search, please edit wp-content\themes\pizzahouse\templates\headers\header_2.php file.

1- Is the delivery range integrated into your template? I’ll give an example to explain myself better: Only customers who request the delivery that is 1 kilometer from the restaurant can order food online. If this function is not integrated, can you indicate a plugin compatible with the Pizza House template?
2- In your template is the printing of orders received online integrated? I’ll give an example to explain better: There is an order from the site, and the system automatically prints on a configured printer. If this function is not integrated, can you indicate a plugin compatible with the Pizza House template?
3- In the template is it possible for the user to add or delete ingredients?
