Hi Team,
Custom CSS is not working for blog page. Can you please help on this. Please check https://sahniaman.com/artificial-intelligence-and-machine-learning/ page, the copyright footer css is not being picked up from Custom CSS, where in home page (https://sahniaman.com/) it is being picked up from Custom CSS.
Also, the menu icon is not working in Mobile on blog page, when I am clicking Menu icon, no options are coming.
Looking forward for your support on this. Thanks in advance.
Dear all,
Is is possible to add an Instagram feed in the Resumex tempate (in the footer) in stead of the current Flickr Feed?
Greetings, Dennis Martinus
I’ve asked this question 3 months ago but I did not receive any response on it. Can I get a response please?
Can you please help me in setting my blog page to full width page. For example, https://thomasjfrank.com/the-rich-mindset-vs-the-poor-mindset/ . I just want only content to appear with just header and footer on my blogs pages. As of now, my blog page is showing all the menus and sidebars (https://sahniaman.com/artificial-intelligence-and-machine-learning/). Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.

Hey, i recently purchased this and i’m trying to get it to look like the demo. I watched both of your youtube videos, and i tried to upload blog.wordpress.2014-03-04 and when i do, it says things like “Failed to import Media “image1””, “Failed to import Media “woman.png”” etc. and my theme wont work properly when i try to customise it. I’ve installed the plugins and all too. Advice please?
Hi there, the google map on the contacts section of the page is displaying an error again, can you advise the best way to fix it? Thanks! jonclarke.info
hey there, any news on this issue? It’s not great to wait a month for support?!
The nav bar doesn’t work on chrome and on mobile and I can’t get the 5.1 version which is supposed to fix the malfunction. Thanks for answer
Hi, Just update jquery.nav.js latest version 3.0.0 in your site and clear all caches. Hope solved the issues. Thanks

Hello, I have downloaded the “Installable wordpress file only” and loaded it to my site. When I activate the theme it looks nothing like the preview. I have installed all plugins, made sure all the correct files are loaded and my wordpress is up-to-date. Can you tell me what I’m missing?
Hi, Can you please install demo data which you found in the downloadable file. After that, you’ll get the whole thing like the preview.
Thanks
Hi guys, I bought the theme a long time ago, and only set it up now. I cannot find any way to build my hompage like the one on the Live Preview… and I cannot find any mentions about the method in the documentation. Can you please help me to find it ? Thx
Hi, please import demo data first you’ll get to see similar the live preview. Thanks
I purchased and downloaded the ResumeX WP theme from themeforest. The version as downloaded is 5.0. I see on the change-log that there is a 5.1 version that fixes Chrome navigational menu malfunction.
How do I get this update?
Hi, Just go to your download link and download this theme again https://monosnap.com/file/EveVTUoHt8ap6YMCSAdOW0MHfiNkQ6. You’ll get the latest version and then update your theme as wp theme update. Thanks
That link goes to a 404 error page on monosnap.com. I checked the version on foresttheme (envatomarket) and it is still 5.0. Do you have another updated link so I can get the updated 5.1 version of ResumeX?
Hi, No now resumeX version is 5.1 in themeforest. You just go to your download link like this screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/n71gOBTwtFCZ85mB0teRT10zG2N9Ah and download again then you’ll get the latest version.
You may not know this but the version as it exists on ForestTheme is 5.0. Maybe someone did not upload the newest version? But the current version available for download is 5.0. I followed your instructions as written above and after installation my version is still 5.0 and nothing has changed on my site. Navigational menu still does not function correctly in Chrome.
The “live preview” of ForestTheme is definitely 5.1 but the downloadable file is 5.0 and has not been updated to 5.1.
Hi, We’re really sorry for this inconvenience. To fix this issue required jquery.nav.min.js latest version 3.0.0 which wasn’t there mistakenly. Now we’ve added and push a submit to themeforest. Either you can update jquery.nav.min.js latest version 3.0.0 file or download our latest updated version again. Hope solved your problem.
Thanks
Thank you for this fix. The navigation is now working correctly in Desktop Chrome.
Glad to know and thanks for your keep patience.
I’m completely locked out of my page because of some error with the revslider. PLEASE. I’ve been asking for help for months.

What is your PHP version?
It says [] operator not supported. [] was introduced in PHP5.4. So this error can occur if your PHP version is lower than that.
I’m not a PHP coder. I don’t know what version my site is running. Isn’t that what a theme is supposed to do for me? Why did it not update?
Blame game gets us nowhere.
What steps can I take to regain access to my website? Right now I’m completely locked out because of this.
Oh come on! Who’s blaming here? at least not me.
It’s not about “Theme Updating”. All I’m saying is that ResumeX requires a minimal PHP version of 5.4. So if your hosting provider doesn’t have atleast PHP5.4 installed, then you will be getting this error. And PHP 5.4 is actually pretty much a standard almost in every hosting (other than it’s 7x version)
Please send me an email to themebucket@gmail.com with the following information
1. Your site URL 2. Your site FTP username 3. Your site’s FTP Password
If you don’t have FTP username and password but cPanel username/password, send them too.
I will see what I can do
There might be other reasons behind it, but I can only say after an investigation
ENTIRE SITE IS COMPLETELY BROKEN. This is what I see when I log in. Not to mention that none of the links work anymore. What’s going on here man? I’ve been asking for help for literally months.

I don’t know man. I’m not a PHP developer. All I know is that the theme I purchased from you is completely broken. I didn’t touch a thing once it was set up. What can we do to fix this?
By the way, it looks like the problem is caused by the plugin RevSlider and not by our theme to be honest. RevSlider has provided a solution which is mentioned here http://acoda.com/forums/topic/revolution-slider-activation-fails-operator-not-supported-for-strings/
If you can’t do it by yourself then as I mentioned in my other email, send the necessary info to me at themebucket@gmail.com and I will see what I can do
Absolute emergency. Cannot login. Need this fixed yesterday!!!

How many times are you going to post the same thing, serious man? I have replied all your comments. Send me the necessary info to themebucket@gmail.com and I will see what I can do
This fatal error is caused by RevSlider plugin and they’ve mentioned a solution here http://acoda.com/forums/topic/revolution-slider-activation-fails-operator-not-supported-for-strings/

How do I get this update? I checked on my installation of WP and there are no updates to install.
Please inform so I can get my site working properly.
2 days – still no support! Unbelievable. The previous support question asked above by “saranshchauhan” answered 22 days ago does NOT fix the issue. What does the term “six months of support” mean? You answer to a support question once every six months? Do you have the update to the ResumeX template or not? Please answer the question.
Hi, Sorry for late reply. Please download our latest version and upgrade your theme which is uploaded today. Hope solved your problem.
Thanks
Hi The menu links on the top don’t work in Chrome, but do work in Firefox and IE. Is there any fix available? Thanks!
A recent update on chrome made one of the third party plugins break. So you can fix it by updating jquery.nav.js with the latest version which is available for download from here
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/davist11/jQuery-One-Page-Nav/master/jquery.nav.jsit will fix this issue
I’ve been using your theme for a few years now and I really like it. However, I noticed that the menu links at the top no longer work when I view my site in Google Chrome. How do I fix this issue? I just installed your latest release and hoped it would have been addressed, but it doesn’t appear to have changed. Also, how to I get my map to appear in the content section? Do I just need to obtain a google maps key and paste it into the Google Maps Key field in the Contact Section? Thanks in advance!
Hi there, nice template! I’ve got a couple of problems though: 1) I can’t get the Experiences and Educations to line up in order by date. I saw in another comment you said to do it by ID. What is the ID? Publish date? Permalink page no? 2) The Google Map won’t display on the contact page. Error message is: “Sorry! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.” When these two things are fixed I can put the site up! Cheers, Jon
Hey there, what’s the response time for support? I really want to publish but need to get these items fixed. Had a look through the documentation but can’t figure out how to get the post dates and the map displaying correctly. Do you need me to publish the website before you can work on it?
Hi, would you please drop me a line to themebucket@gmail.com with your site username, password, and url so that I can fix this or look at this? I am sorry for late reply.
The google map is causing the error because of their recent change on API keys. I will release an update this week to fix this
Default sorting order is post_d (i.e ID) – Since it’s an auto-incremented number, it will also work the same way if you had chosen the date.
Hi there I have been using the ResumeX theme for my personal website for several years now. The site has done well with all the browser updates so far! When I checked recently though the top menu items are not working anymore – when I click, nothing happens. - MacOS Sierra 10.12.3, Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 The menu links work fine on the latest version of Firefox on the same machine. the site is www.balki.io Any help is appreciated!
