We have a 3rd party integration with PREMIUM Booking Systems for business owners who are already using TimeKit and Resurva.
However, you can use other booking plugins that support shortcodes but you will have to manually insert the shortcodes for each listing.

A few questions for you.
1- Is it possible to add different currencies? The user could change location to Canada, USA and UK. 2- Can the logo and a tagline be added above the header? 3- Can 2 fields be added in the search bar?

Happy to answer your pre-sales queries
You as an admin can use any WordPress e-commerce extension (incl. WC, EDD, etc) as long as it allows to manually insert [SHORTCODES] on any page, individual listings (description box and FAQs supports HTML) or use widgets to show in the sidebar (globally on archive or listing page but not individual listings).
But business owners cannot add, sell physical or digital products out-of-the-box or charge a commission.
As for booking, we have a 3rd party integration with booking services but you can use other booking plugins that support shortcodes but you will have to manually insert the shortcodes for each listing.

Hi Michael, in some comments before you told us, that we can’t put the point locations anywhere (the float thing in the map with the direction like ex: 38 Austin, Irvine, CA, United …) then how do you use or put that in the world map?. How exactly it works, if we just have a simple directions and geographical coordinates. We hope to be clear.

To answer your question, the location marker on the map is found via Google Maps. If the location can be found by Google it can be added to the Map or by using Geo Location.

Just to clarify further, yes you will need google maps api key so you do need a google account. (We do have plans to integrate a free option for maps in the near future).
Once you enter the correct address of the location it will add the pin.

Hi i have bought the theme & now configuring. i have created a standard plan for certain amount. to attract new listings, i have created a coupon for 100% discount on sign up. problem is when i test it to proceed to payment ( paypal), it gives error saying ” This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero”. How do i fix this issue?

Hi, I have a few pre-sales questions
1) As admin, do I have the option to manually add businesses to the listing. If yes, can i transfer that business profile to the business owner at a later point if they wish to register on my website?
2) I believe business profiles can only be created and listed on the website upon approval from the admin. Please confirm.
3) What happens if there are updates for bundled plugins part of the Listingpro theme? How can we update them to make sure there are no issues with the website.
4) For business listings, can we customize the fields that are required to be filled up by businesses? For example, if the directory listing contains businesses offering digital content, then the details of the content will vary as opposed to restaurants or other businesses.
5) Can overall ratings (in yellow stars format) and no of reviews be shown in the snapshot view of the listing page when users are browsing businesses?
6) In the details page which shows users details of a specific business, is it possible to create links to a new page which can be accessed only by users who are part of a monthly subscription plan. If yes, can we limit and track the number of such pages users can access every month. For eg, users part of paid subscription can only click and view 10 of such pages in a month.
Note: There can also be registered users who are not part of the paid subscription plan, but are only allowed to post comments and reviews. Please confirm if this is possible.
7) Can businesses embed youtube or vimeo links on their details page so users can view a demo of their service? If yes how can we include this as an optional field in the business listing form for businesses?

1. Yes this is both possible using ListingPro
2. You can choose to have listing approved by the admin or not. Here’s a screenshot of this in the theme options:

As per there licensing agreement when included with a theme to get updates this must be included with the latest version of theme. When the plugin is updated with will included the updated version with the latest release of ListingPro we are unable to distribute updates of the plugin out with a theme updates as per the plugins Licensing Terms.
4. Yes this is possible but depending on your needs you may need a to edit PHP files.
5. Yes this is included out of the box.
6. This would be possible with some customization. You may consider requesting a free quote by filling out this form.
7. Yes this is possible for YouTube or can be done but adding the videos embed code with the listing description

Hey Michael, With reference to your response to point (6) where you mentioned it is possible with some customization, can this only be done with your team or is there a way we can customize it ourselves?
Also, can you please confirm if this theme allows registered users and registered users who choose to pay a monthly subscription. Where registered users are allowed to rate and review a business listing and registered users who choose to pay a monthly subscription also have access additional content offered by a business such as an online tutorial in video format.
Currently our customization services are handled through an approved vendor. You may choose to customize it if you have an in house developer or if you like to hire a freelancer outside.
If there is some basic guidance needed by your developer our team may be able to provide some guidance only.

1. Only by logged in users
In this option the visitor needs to first login (or sign up to create an account) to be able to leave a review.
2. Instant Signup
In this option the visitor account will automatically created once the user leaves a review. The email entered will be sent the new auto generated password.
What you have suggested is currently unavailable. We have noted your points and our team will definitely review and consider it.

Resurva a 3rd Party appointment booking specially designed for Salons. We just offer integration for BUSINESS OWNERS who prefer to use Resurva or already have an account with Resurva.
Q2: Are there any extra booking costs involved to use Resurva?
There is NO FEE for the SITE ADMIN (YOU). Only the BUSINESS OWNERS (YOUR USERS) pays for their Resurva account.

You may also contact them for directory pricing and cut a deal with them and may be they can even offer you a kickback. We don’t support any commission split as of now so you need to deal directly with them if they offer any commission or affiliate program.

Hi bperd, I am sorry for this but problem is something different it seems your FTP settings are compressing few files like dynamic option file. That’s why it gives you syntax issue because of php code compression.
In this case try to upload zipped file through ftp and then unzip through Cpanel. You will not find any problem. Or upload your theme file through WordPress instead of FTP.

ListingPro is an end to end solution so it includes the Listingpro theme and it’s plugins for all the directory related features. What you are trying the do was not the original intention of our concept or design but there could be a work around if you are familiar with Wordpress.

You can also have the map on the top in the side bar as shown here http://prntscr.com/nrvtrc
But currently we don’t have any style that lets you do full width map on the listing detail page.
This may require advance modification.

I am sorry but there should not such disappointment regarding it. The Tax is always managed globally if you want to manage it different way according to your custom requirement then you have to go to custom work for it.
