. We currently do not have the ability for visitors to rate articles. However you could easily add this in via plugin. There are both free and premium plugins available that can add visitor/comment ratings. We do not have plans on adding this ability as it already exists in plugin form.

I purchased the theme because the live preview showed 3 different options for the home page layout (2 columns, 3 columns etc with image-driven previews on the home page) All i have is the standard 1 column w/sidebar layout I could get from any free wp theme. How do I access the other layouts?
It sounds like you have not imported the demo data. You just need to use the one-click importer and it will come with all of the demo data including the various homepages. Make sure to check out the theme documentation included with your theme as it will cover how to import the demo data as well as use your theme.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just tried it and it’s certainly different but… I still only have one column and can’t change it. None of my nav options, posts or images have been carried over and none of my customization options have changed so I can’t modify any of the demo content. Any suggestions?

Hi, How is the rating box ( with pros cons etc ) placed ? Is it possible to use multiple of these in the same post ? Ie, to create a post with 10 products instead of just one review per post.

Each post can have one review box per post. The rating box is added via custom meta. Therefore by default there can only be one review box per post. Technically you could create another review box using the page builder but it would require a few additional steps.

I have some pre-purchase question. Are you guys still working on this theme or stopped? (Since I don’t see any updates after may 2018). How many ad units could be used with this theme? I want to use it for both affiliate and advertising purpose. Is one click update system available for this theme or do I need to manually update the theme? Does it supports all types of mostly used and major plugins? Also please note that I am new to all this things. I want to make sure that everything is beginner friendly with this theme. I like the theme but I am quite doubtful since there’s not many purchases, comments, or many reviews. But I do really like this theme and appreciate your work.

1) Yeah, all of our themes get updates from time to time. We have themes that are 7+ years old that we still support. We do extensive testing to all of our themes therefore they rarely need patches for bugs.
2) There is no limitation on advertisements used within the theme. Assuming you are using one that is widget based (like google adwords), you can insert them in a number of areas. We have even added specific widget areas above/below posts. We added a demo of this below the posts in the live preview.

4) Yeah, this theme is coded using WordPress standards. Therefore it will work with all major plugins.

Yeah, you can insert banners throughout the theme. We have a few banner examples (Sidebar, Above/Below the Posts). You can also easily add banner ads above/below any post lists. We do not have a banner option that will replace a post.

Does your theme have any way for posts to be rated by visitor to the website as well as a view counter so that we can feature the more popular posts?
Currently we only support ratings via the post author. However there are a number of plugins that can add-in ratings via the post comments. Since we are using the default WordPress comment form, just about any rating plugin should work.

a) This theme is built using the page builder Elementor. We do not have any support for WPBakery Page Builder built-in. We switched to using Elementor in all of our themes about a year ago and have been extremely happy. Normally our themes will still work on any page builder but this one is pretty well integrated. All the post lists, post sliders, footer, etc. are built using Elementor.
b) I recommend reaching out to the plugin author and asking him about theme support. The author probably has some requirements that you can check with them.

Maybe we buy 10-15 licenses because this is the most beautiful review theme on Envato. But we need more functions. We want to make rankings in the form of a list. Tables that will position itself by votes and popularity. Do you know how to do such ranking lists? Plugin? Maybe some of your add-ons allow it? If it was possible (it is possible in the Re: Hub theme), we would even buy 10-15 Ratency licenses today.

The only bad review was left by a buyer who was very misinformed. Unfortunately they never asked for help and instead assumed something was wrong. Though we reached out to them to assist they never bothered to responded.

1) Sorry but the logo cannot be displayed in the navigation bar. We created the design specifically to have the navigation on it’s own bar/line. If you wanted to adjust this, it would require customizing.
2) Not exactly sure what you mean by watermark. But you can fully adjust the footer. Adding a background image is very easy to do, as is editing any text in the footer.

can u mention the min server specs? do u have demo data to import initially? what is the slider plugin used?
1) We recommend the same minimum Wordpress server requirements as WordPress. The only additional requirement we have is to be running at least PHP 5.4. In other words our theme will work with 99% of all hosting providers.
2) Yeah, the demo data can be imported via our built-in One Click Importer. Just click Import and all the demo files will be imported to match the demo.
3) We are using a custom post slider created just for this theme. We also have a secondary slider built-in that is from the premium page builder add-on Boosted Elements. I can assure you the page size is much smaller than most themes. Please understand the page score generators are based on very limited data points. For example we use Pressable.com which has a built-in CDN and cacheing system. However, the Google pagespeed tester reads our CDN as a redirect and therefore lowered the score. In addition it ignores the cacheing system in the score. That being said the overall score is relatively high. Do understand that page speed testers are great tools but the score themselves are meaningless in most cases.

Hello, a pre-purchase question. I would like to know with what criteria the theme shows the entries in the main Slider of the home? I ask it because I have a doubt if it actually shows entries automatically (be the last entries in the feed or the entries of a certain category or those that have a tag such as “featured”)
You have full control over what posts are displayed in the homepage slider.
Example 1: The easiest method is to allow the post slider to automatically display the latest posts. Again this can be set to automatic so you do not have to manage it.
Example 2: Another option is to only display posts tagged as “featured”. This option works great if you want to pick which posts display in the slider manually.
