Your demos are included with the theme and are they installed with the theme. I purchased a theme from an other author and the sample data doesnt get installed at all. I need to confirm that before purchase that the demo works properly.

Hi, When we go to download the demo files in step 2 after installing, and we get the following errors: Your server does not have the DOM extension class enabled. Please contact your hosting provider to enable it. Your server does not have the XMLReader extension class enabled. Please contact your hosting provider to enable it.
So we contacted our hosting provider, and they say everything is enabled so we should not be getting those errors, and to contact you directly. We submitted a ticket for this this morning as well. Would love to get this resolved so we can get our new website up for our clients. “Real Human Support” was listed as a feature and benefit of this template… is there not a live chat or phone number we can call?

Thank you for your help! It solved the problem. I have another issue with your theme. When using the “download box” visual composer element, if we try to copy/duplicate one of the listed downloads, we get a Javascript error in dev tools of Chrome:
ON /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 it says:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

You can go to the setting of WPML to change it: https://wpml.org/2019/01/choosing-the-flags-for-your-sites-languages/too many urlencoding in the most of the page – for example %22 or %7D codes around text, it makes it very difficult to edit to add content… its costing much more time than I thought – can you fix this and give us a clean list of short codes which which works?
