HI ! Directory looks great. However, each Category in the directory has /listing-category/ slug attached to it.I wish to know if this slug can be removed ?? If Yes, will it impact the performance in any way or not ? Is this slug removal option available within the theme dashboard or extra settings needs to be made? If I buy this theme would you give me support to remove this category slug ?? rgds

I bought your theme last year, but i never had time to finish that website and lost the project… now i want to start it again, but i don’t see the “Install Demos” button on the backend. Is harder to do it from scratch. Do i need to extend support for that? Shouldn’t the demos be included?

Wow, still working with these guys, they are so amazing, after years of buying directory themes not one worked and when I needed support the ones that seemed to work, they would not provide it. OMG!! WOWW! This theme is a Masterpiece!!! I hardly ever post, but I will for this theme. First, thank you to the author for creating a masterpiece for someone like me with little knowledge. OMG!! WOW, I’m still shocked! Because after buying around 50 themes over the years, I finally found a theme that actually works. Then there are themes that work but after buying them, they just won’t do the job, so or they are limited, but so many themes are also so hard to work on for someone like me, that has little knowledge on sites. I must have scrapped every project ‘except’ for one other theme that did deliver and I used it for a few years. When I say, deliver, I mean it has the functions but also very importantly someone like me can ‘work out” and looks GREAT! Which brings me to this theme and again OMG! WOW after years, this theme works, not only does it work, it’s powerful with all the features, every one you need. It’s the BEST Directory theme ever created. I’m Shocked! I thought it was going to fail the demo as it just kept importing and importing for ages, so I just let it go and around half an hour later, it was still at zero, importing, So I thought, “damn, here we go, another one” and was I wrong because I cancelled the demo import and like magic, everything was imported, but what was even more shocking to find, I made a Test purchase and every page worked perfectly to Checkout without me having to do anything. Hello there; I like your theme, think about using as city portal. But first I need to examine in detail. Do i have demo accounts that I can test extensively? Please send me your demo information if you have (thelamptr@gmail.com) Can users add products themselves in the theme? And are we getting commissions from the sale of these products? I want users to make sales by adding their products but I want the money to pass to my account (I will take my commission and return the remaining money)

Hi, Your theme seems to perfect to our needs. Just few things to clear:

1. Is Different pricing plan can be allocated to different category, means I want user to post free in computer category but I don’t want, user to post free in home category.

So, please confirm. Is your theme allow me to assign different pricing package to different category?

2. Is it allow to have different submit form for different category? To be more clear, I’ve two different section in our website. One is for Motors and other is for other type of listing except motors.

So, when user are on motors section and want to submit the ad then it will take user to only motors submit form. and if the users are on listing section then it will take to generic submit form, that you have in your demo.

I imported the “Listing-Second” Demo and I’m trying to get the map on the front page to work (see screenshot https://imgur.com/bH3Ymvz ).



I made an API Key under a new Google Project and restricted it to my domain. I saved it in the Google tab of the KnowherePro Theme Options and the under the Listings General Settings. I’ve tried this with multiple keys, with and without the restriction, but no luck. Does an SSL interfere with API Keys? I’m not sure what I’m missing.

Also… I tried to submit a ticket, but your website tells me my license key doesnt match the product (which is false).
