My country is not eligible for Stripe and Paypal merchant accounts,the only two available with your theme. Do you offer other payment gateway integration such as those that work with Woocommerce.?

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe.
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
And unfortunately, this theme is not Woocommerce based so it won’t work with Woocommerce payment gateway.

I just tried to make a test booking with different email, then also to resend an invoice; to update a status and no emails arrived in my client :/
Maybe there is option to reset email delivery system somehow?

It will depeding your hosting provider. Please make sure your hosting allow the wordpress mail function.
- Did you fill the admin email address ( have to be different than system email ) ?
If so, could you try setting up the smtp and see if this helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ .

why i am not able to download the theme files?? it is getting stuck at the last moment not getting fully downloaded…please provide the alternate link to download the theme file! 3 times i tried to download the files and the ‘all files & documentation’ link even not initiating to download the files.

Ok I debugged myself the error. It seems that the upgrade of the core plugin Tourmaster from version 4.0.4 to 4.1 was casing the problem, i restored it and i am ok
also i put a read more tag in my tours but until upgrade to theme 4 it didint worked. When i saw it finally worked i had to downgrade because of the tour bug. Please Fix It

Yes there was some issue with it. The update isnt showing up in the Dashboard update. I have envato plugin installed with working api connection. how do i update this?
No, in this fix, we didn’t increase the version number so it won’t show. It’s really little fix which we didn’t edit any theme’s code(we just put new xml file for demo. It’s a demo content only) so we don’t put newer version number. That’s why it won’t show.

Oh ok, what you need to do in this case, is just to follow the update procedure here : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/ (No need to update Tour Master and GoodLayers Core if you already update the theme to V4.0 )
After updating, just perform demo importing again.

1. Our theme have tour manager and tour staff role, so I think it’s possible to do as your wish, also you can change/edit/update the role with third party plugins.
2. I’m not sure what is the database you need, could you clarify about it? The users database will need follow the wordpress core, so if you can check the wordpress roles, it will help so much for you in other cases.

3. Unfortunately, our theme only allow one admin (I mean one email) able to receive the update of booking – register – enquiry notification and to check the sales of staffs, it will need take a look in Transaction Order and it will need do manually.

Could you make sure you have correct stripe api in here? Please make sure it’s correct in: secret key and publish key, otherwise, it will not working.
For the paypal problem, could you try deactivate/activate tourmaster plugin then check it again?

Can you please make sure that you select the collect item in the list? The theme name should start with “[verified] Travel Tour….” (Please make sure that you don’t select Tour Package theme, it’s a different theme.)

You can customize the contact fields with our document here: http://support.goodlayers.com/document/2018/05/01/tourmaster-modifying-the-contact-detail-fields-since-v3-0-8 . You just need create 3 fields and you need and add it then it will display 3 fields as your wish.
