Hello, This theme is awesome but I just installed this theme on a web server and the homepage and all the pages using pt-spool-shortcodes do not work at all. PHP Warning: file_get_contents(https://player.vimeo.com/video/329764980/config): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/vmsnjns/www/wp-content/plugins/pt-spool-shortcodes/include/video-parser.php on line 159. Maybe you could let us know the minimum web server configuration before we buy it. That could be useful. Because I guess I will have to deal with these issues for a while with the support and I do not have time for this.

Very nice looking theme. Developer has done a really good job and is friendly to talk to through email. However, like many of the others are stating, there are a few bugs that are letting the theme down.
For example, I’d finished a sample page for friend only to find out that on their iPhone X the background image was not changing for the ‘movie studio’ (https://promo-theme.com/spool/movie-studio/) page. I confirmed this using browserstack aswell (see link below):
https://youtu.be/mT7HFiET8Ew*in the link i’m just demonstrating using spool’s own demo site but the same issue occured when using the theme with my own videos on a real iphone [tested on XS & iphone 8] using my development domain. works fine on android
Normally I would just talk directly to the developer but last bug issue I received an email back saying “Hello! No bugs”, with links to three screenshots and no questions about my enquiry at all. If you’d like a video of that I am happy to put that here aswell as it is still glitchy.
Anyway, like I said it’s a very nice looking theme and for my first few questions the developer was helpful. I still haven’t received a response for this particular enquiry but it is the weekend and still Monday morning so i’m still to give this theme a rating but at the moment am a bit disappointed and frustrated.
