Client is aware that support has expired, but we are having issues with the latest release of lifeline 5.8 Team profiles no longer showing, footer widgets are totally gone. I’ve had to take a screen shot of a cache version to see what they are & our custom watermark logo donate button no longer works.

We just upgraded yesterday, and the team functionality is broken, and no longer showing the names of the team members.
I see that the lifeline core plugin needs updating from 1.8.4 to 2.0, but it doesn’t appear that it is included in the latest version of the theme. Hi. I have updated the theme to version 5.7 and Life Core is listed as one of the plugins that require an update. Tried updating with the provided link but it can’t find the plugin in the wp-content/themes/lifeline/framework/tgm/plugins/ folder. I checked the folder manually. It wasn’t there. How do I update?

When can we expect an update for this theme to be compatible with wordpress 5? I read a comment that stated you guys were working on it a month ago and it would be ready in 6 days but there is still no update to the new wordpress version. This is causing me to get the white screen of death. Please respond here so everyone who has an issue can see what’s going on. I shouldn’t have to pay for support just to get routine updates.

Your theme is out of date, has issues with wordpress 5.0 that just came out, plus it’s out of date with Woocommerce and also the premium themes that come with it are all out of date and have problems. I had to disable my site because things got screwy and i did a backup before wordpress 5.0. Wordpress 5.0 all themes and plugins that aren’t free need to be updated to the most current version that is out there so it works properly 4.9.8 to 5 there is changes. I use the number one product for detecting issues with plugins and themes that is WordFence and it provides me with reports on the problems.
I’m not paying for support for a theme that should be working along with up to date plugins when I can do the fixes myself as long as the theme is current and plugins are up to date as I just talked about. Do you have updates for the premium themes and your theme itself I can download.

i downgraded the woocommerce version and it’s fix few things but not all can you please provide what version of each plugin we should use for proper setting up… because if we let the system install latest version of all plugin there will have issue

No, people don’t need to contact us all the time and we have put all the things in this theme for you to setup on the first installation. But when a server don’t support latest Php version of the theme and running any older version of Php only then you face the problems during installation and then we ask the client to submit a ticket so that we can give you a solution after diagnose the real cause of the problem you are facing. Also according to themeforest policy our support is for first six months only after that you will have to extend the support license.
