Hi, I use Eduma – Courses hub and I have the following visual problems: 1. my top menu items do not look good: they are too small and inconsistent font. 2. “Become an instructor” plugin is transparent/white and visible all through the other stuff of the website when scrolling up and down.

Hi, I cannot see google analytics in customize > utilities

Where can i DISABLE google analytics completely? It has been identified as a security risk having the field there and a specialist advised it’s down to that. I just want to disable it for now until I get the time to do a full update with compatibility tests after update. Please update asap. Thanks

Plugin they offer as bundle with theme are completely useless as they don’t work as promised and support if one of the worst support we had to deal with. I’ll not even give one star and writing a comment over here because theme writers wont even care about customer satisfaction probably all they care about is the revenue from this theme.

Pre sales question: would it be possible to open only for a set of users a chapter of a training based on a date? to better explain : when a brand new user buy a course and is activated to access a course, i will give to that user a access to a new chapter week by week (first week, first chapter, second week second chapter, third week third chapter and so on) would it be possible to set these dates / access that granular in advance? also, would it be possible to do it for each group of users joining based on a configured date?

I have a couple of presale questions:

1. I’m building a website where the products are videos embedded in specific pages. When a person purchases a product (access to a specific page and video), can this page be protected so that the only person who can have access to that page is the one who paid for the access? I don’t want the URL to be copied and shared with others to get access.

2. I’m going to be using WooCommerce and a plugin called MyCred, which is a plugin that works with WooCommerce that awards members with rewards points and they can use them instead of money to make purchases. Have you heard of any conflicts with these two plugins and your theme?

After updating my Eduma theme. My Payfast Payment gateway is not connecting…..

I have translated few words I need for Learnpress using Loco Translate plugin then saved and sync, my language switcher is Polylang, but when I access my language specific Profile page (https://www.theglobalhabesha.com/ti/profile-tigrigna/) it shows the same english translation as in the english language Profile page (https://www.theglobalhabesha.com/profile/). This english page is selected as profile page in Learnpress setting’s profile tab and in both Profile and Profile-Tigrigna page I used the same shortcode [learn_press_profile].

I have bought the theme and before that, I read in this comments thread that the theme came with ‘Fronted editor’ plugin, but I’m not able to find it after installing it… Can someone help me? Thanks

Hi! Pre-sales question. Is it possible to give acess to particular course only to persons who buy it in a funnel? I don´t want to show all courses to everybody, but rather make a pre-selection so when they login, the courses they bought are already in their dashboard. Is it possible? Thanks
