I don’t know why it takes more than 24 hours for you to respond on sensitive issues that is affecting other people’s business and integrity
I paid for support but it brings me pain at the end of the day, for over 10 hours i have been on this, ten good hours out of 24 hours waisted on just fixing issues caused by your company. It’s so disheartening

Hi, for 2 days demo content is unavailable for download? Yesterday server response was 500 today it’s 404, are you guys serious? Why use stupid importers which always timeout when all there is needed is a url to demo SQL dump and uploads folder ??? I’m scared to see the codebase with this much hacking and server errors out of the box.

Hello There, I am interested in buying your theme, but I have a few questions before - Is compatible with new 5.0.3 wp and gutenberg? - Does it have wpbakery visual composer ( and if so will gutenberg be irrelevant) - Can I choose different color schemes ? ( Our marketing material is all Grey and Orange) - In the mobile view can we have the phone links at the top so current and potential customers can tap and call direct from mobile phones? - what is your support response time ? ( I am on a tight deadline from my boss) And last .. on your demo, pages take very long to load until they are cached .. it this something you are looking to fix ?

1. Our theme is using WPBakery Page Builder. So, it’s compatible with WordPress 5.0.3 and Gutenberg. However, the Gutenberg block is not right yet. We will fix it in the new update version.
2. It’s easy to change the color with our Customize section
3. It’s possible to have the phone links at the top, it needs some custom CSS – we can help you
4. It’s around 24-36 hours. We are off on Saturday & Sunday. Moreover, we are going to have 9 days off for staff’s holiday
5. The loading speed depends on many factors (like server or other reasons) – I will support to help you improve the loading speed.

hello there, as you can see I have purchased the theme … and started customizing it .. so far the first questions I have is: how can I change the background color for any of the footer ? I can see from the < inspect element> for example that it says: footer style 1 but it only has the links and text color to customize …. please help Also the Logo doesn’t appear in the footer ? how do I do that ? and if you could help about the phone icon/link from mobile view to call straight as previous discussed, this would be great .. I will try to raise a support ticket as well
