The theme is equipped with WP bakery page builder – user-friendly Frontend and Backend editor. The theme comes pre-packed with a number of shortcodes allowing you to add the info easier. Moreover, you can use WPBakery Page Builder to apply the shortcodes.

Buddydrive hasn’t been supported or upgraded in two years. It’s a dead project so be aware of that before choosing any theme with Buddydrive as a file manager.

I have a pre-sales question: The file sharing system can be admin to member private? Can an administrator send individual files to each member in the site?
In the demo i could only see a public file hub separated by category but acessable to anyone.
I plan to use this theme on a intranet site for a company to manage their colaborators, and one of the features they request is a private file sharing system to send income reports and other sensitive documents to their colaborators.

But my question was a little bit more specific, i want to know if in the file sharing system you use, files can be sent from member to member in a private way, not only having a public hub for all the files in the intranet.
And now i want to know what are the differences between this theme and the Micro Office one since the support for the two is the same.

Hello, I know you tried as much as possible to help us getting the theme up, but while going further into our development, we are identifying more and more bugs and issues and unfortunately, we don’t have time to go through each bug and issues as we need to launch our website within 2 weeks. We didn’t added any custom plugins but mainly used recommended plugins but still so many things going on. You really have a great support which is very much appreciated but we just can’t afford keep creating tickets etc. We found another theme which works much better and is like plug and play theme without any major issue, even with custom plugins. As such we request you to please cancel our subscription for this theme and make a refund so that we can use this money for further development of our project.

Hello, I just purchased the theme but I am having some issues, first related to the language switcher which I have created a ticket already on your support system but haven’t received any reply yet.
Secondly, I downloaded the theme yesterday, on my website it is showing version 2.4 (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/lqmout), however here on Themeforest, it is saying latest version is 2.4.1, did I downloaded the wrong version or is there a mistake about the actual version in download section?

I recently upgraded WooCommerce to 3.5.1 and the sub-categories page is no longer working. When I click on a category, it takes me to the first product in my product library instead of the actual sub-category. I tried switching to the default Wordpress theme and the sub-category page is working but not when I switch back. Will there be an update so that the the plugin works properly with the theme?

I am having the same issue as many others… “After I upgraded your theme, the pages broke. meaning I the visual composer is not working and the site is showing the code [trx review]”
I have tried updating a few times hoping this would get resolved and a new update would be pushed however that doesn’t seem to be the case.
I actually figured out that I needed to switch from the child back to the parent theme in order to update some of the required plugins (not sure why this isn’t accessible from the child as it is on most themes) but after I did those updates, most everything seemed to resolve itself, except for some widgets that must have been updated/renamed.
