This is probably happened because you didn’t update the theme in the right way. Please note that we changed some files in our Core plugin in the latest theme update, so it is very important to delete the old version of Cinerama Core plugin through FTP before upadating the theme.

hi, i have still the issue with the timeline not working at all. your support tried to login to my page but due to ip it got lock out everytime and the could not figure it out. now my support ended and i still got the problem. also with the latest wpbakery you cannot edit the year at all – can you just fix it please? also there is allready a new version of the composer out (6.02.).
another question would be how to add autoplay for vimeo files?

We are sorry, this problem is a bit more complicated, so our developers test many different solutions, but this issue has not yet been fixed. We hope that the issue with the Horizontal Timeline will be fixed soon. Hello, where can I find a tutorial how to adjust the preset of the horizontal timeline. Every time, when I change the sample, the complete timeline gots broken.

Just FYI if you’re going to buy this theme – the instructions are sub-par, and you have to import their ENTIRE Demo and do a LOT of coding if you want it to look anything like even one of their demos. They won’t just tell you how to set up a page like the ones they have set up. This isn’t all that unusual for these theme makers, which I find irritating, but people should know that there is a huge learning curve if you aren’t familiar with themes or WordPress.

The easiest way of replicating demo content is by importing it on your side. Hello, I purchased this theme today. I’m just trying to install it. I’ve trie dto upload the zip file several times in the Appearance, Add New Theme section. A message keeps popping up saying this: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
I’ve checked the zip file and that file “style.css stylesheet” is included so I don’t know why that message is popping up. Your help would be appreciate. Thank you

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Solution: WPBakery Page Builder is unavailable after WordPress update to 5 version
If you update WordPress to 5 version and noticed that WPBakery editor isn’t shown on your pages, in this case you need install the plugin Classic Editor and activate it. It will disable the Gutenberg editor (which has caused the issue) and WPBakery builder will be available again.

This may be a workaround, but the real solution is to update your copy of Cinerama to Version 1.3.1, which contains the latest WPBakery 5.7 that is compatible with WP 5.

You demo site isn’t working….. do you have a lightbox option for the portfolio? So if someone clicks on a video portfolio item it will just show the video in a lightbox ontop of the current page instead of going to a single post page?

When it comes to portfolio list – https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/standard/ videos can’t be played in a lightbox, only featured images can be presented in that way.

My support just expired a few days ago and I’m getting HTTP ERROR 500 after updating the theme to the latest version 1.3.1. Shouldn’t I be able to update the theme without any issue and support?
