Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the plugins, If not then please update the Theme required/recommended plugins as well, and also Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Short code, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 13/04/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

We have used WooCommerce plugin in the Theme, and WooCommerce has the default functionality for selling Goods and you can also create downloadable products using WooCommerce easily and those downloadable products will be your PDF, So Customer/User will only be able to download the product after purchasing it .

I have tested it at my end on my test site with the latest Theme and Plugins but do not finds this issue at my test site, which means the issue is only on your site, and I am sure it must be the third party plugin confliction issue, Please once deactivate your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache Hope your issue will solve and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update those and I can see on both of your sites you have WP Rocket server cache enabled so please contact your hosting provider and asl your hosting provider to first flush/remove and then deactivate the server cache until you are in the development process and then check your site after removing the site and browser cache.

1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme Options, If you want to remove the Offer Ends In, you have to remove the schedule of the sale or you have to use the Custom CSS for removing it.

For removing it from Shop/Categories pages please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

That is dummy URL set on the Menu Items when you Import the Demo, You have to change those URL’s as per your requirements from Appearance >> Menu by editing those Menu Items as per your requirements.

The latest Porto WordPress Theme version 4.11.4 is not compatible with the PHP version 5.5, You will check the minimum requirements for the Theme here in the Theme Documentation: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/

And there are some design changes and features changes as well in between Theme updates which you have missed and which will not be revertable, Please check the changelog of the Theme here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399#item-description__change_logs

So I suggest you to first clone your site on a test site and take the backup of your site and then try to update the Theme: https://smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000052422--13-update-porto-theme-manually-without-loosing-any-data-

While we currently do not have that feature, I have submitted your idea as a feature-request to our team so that they can consider for future updates, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

I made the customization myself, so for others who are interested, this feature is in the Porto functionality plugin (porto-functionality/widgets/contact_info.php)

Just modify line 57 with this:
