Hi there, it is me again, I would like to also know if it is possible to have multiple currencies on the payment checkout and how it wold most likely work. Also, from the customer’s end, after they have successfully booked a tour and it has been confirmed. Can we add another feature where we are able to send them the confirmed tour receipt or booking? For example, under the “Tour Booking”, besides the given option, can we add more features?

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have multi currency feature at the moment.

2. After tour booked and confirmed, the system will send email notification along with receipt(invoice) to customer. Also customers can view it directly from their backend as well.

Hi, is it possible with V4 to put a rev. slider as the background on the home page with the search bar over it?

Yes, but you will need to add shortcode into rev slider directly in this case.

1. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to do.

2. You can change these icons in: 1 – 2 and Why book with us but 3 will need customize the plugin file to change it.

On Counter when we type 2000 it comes as 2000 0+, Where + is suffix but why this extra 0 is coming.

Hello i like the theme but i have some pre-sales questions before i buy it:

1.- Does the system have iCal synchronization for the calendars to avoid double bookings if my tours / activities are on other systems like Airbnb or booking.com?

2.- Is it possible to set specific time pickers instead the calendar for the experiennces/activities like Airbnb does? for example if i have an activity that can be booked in 3 different times for the same day lets say 9am, 1pm, 5pm, and each of those have a limit group size, the user will be able to select one of those timers if they have available spots?

3.- Is the theme compatible with Elementor page builder?

2. Yes, you can create a group with different times for same day.

3. Unfortunately, our theme have our own page builder, so we don’t test other page builder with our theme.

the theme is perfect , just needd to ask one thing , is there a way to decrease the the height of the slider in the single tour page ? since i can’t find it in tour master , i need to use slider in the tour top part , but its size is very huge

Hi, There is a problem with tourmaster plugin: when a group price is applied it’s also applied on “Child Base Price”, it doesn’t make sense since TheChild Price is already reduced.

Transaction Order: I tried to edit the date because client mistakenly input date. Cannot able to save. no save button there. “only proceed booking” and it does not change also the date. no matter how i changed. date still remain the same

The customer successfully booked the tour package. He message me that he put the wrong date. So i checked on: WP Dashboard/Transaction Order. I tried to edit the date of Travel. But cannot able to change it. maybe its a bug.

Sorry but not really sure about the question. So you want to be able to add discount to customer? You can do by creating discount code for them or you can have discount for many people that booking tour in one time.

Hi. I see a lot of customers comments sombe bugs with The update 4. When you put new version 4.xxx and sure this bugs are ALL ok¿?¿? My support just finish… and I have a big problem… when WE MADE CHANGE CODE TOGETHER, You don´t comment me need to change in child files. Now what can i do ? I think it´s not fine, never about your team indicate i need change code in child theme. I want renew support of course because I love traveltour and i have it since a long time but need you study my case, because i repeat you : NOBODY SAY TO ME I MUST BE YOUR NEW CODE IN CHILD THEME.

1. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can’t help you move the code to child theme, it will need customize and we can only support for original features. I know it’s quite disappointed but sorry again, it’s out of support policy.

1- I m very very disappointed whith that. I don´t understand why at beginning nobody comment that do the change in child theme.

2-When the update 4.xxx will be here and resolve all bugs i see form customers, I will update with 4.xxx and buy new 12 months support but you must be explain how i can put myself your change code in my new version.

I will do myself but you need support me for the BIG inconvenience And give all explication how to I can move in child theme (when i identify again the parts we changed together – Lol and another member team-) . Are not a lot of changes, only few but importants. But for the inconvenience, I repeat you : you must help me because I think it´s not my “fault” .

3- I repeat again (a message for your manager) : we need 1) a module share data for tours in a next version 4.5/5.0 and 2) improve movil pagespeed (must YOUR PRIORITY : I put a new cdn and mobil don´t pass 40 in mobil version….) 3) A option in goodlayers section to export all information tours in 1 CVS-EXCEL file to archive all texts we created for the tours in easy mode.

Speak with manager project, and give him my note from my support profile for module share data for tours. Like this we can share information xxx with tours XXX, if we do a change in information, all tour update have the new information and you don´t need edit each one.

1. You can change the tourmaster to tourmaster-custom and install a tourmaster plugin again without lose the custom code folder, but it still requirement update custom code in each time update.

2. As my first replied, you don’t need update all file, you can compare the new file with the current file then check the code in each file and update it. It’s the best way to go.

If you want move the custom code to child theme, we can’t help you do it, it will requirement customize, you must understand plugin api to do it: https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API . I can help you get where you made the changed but no customize code require or example how to write it.

Can you turn off the payment part of this theme so that it effectively becomes a travel brochure site (we would add call to actions to call given the nature of our holidays being rather complex/expensive)?

1. Yes, you can translate the theme using localization but we don’t have pre-translated file.

2. You have to use third party plugin such as Yoast SEO in this case.
