why does it require so much bloatware. unyson? seriously? uniyson is broken and full of spamware. visual composer is old and unstable.
Hi! All plugins in wordpress.org are safety and Unyson plugin is not the exception. Visual Composer is an old plugin but it’s totally stable as you can see it has 5 stars over 10.000 reviews

you have 28 reviews on here, not 10,000. everybody knows visual composer is old and bloated….and any php developers knows unyson is spamware. i will not be purchasing, but just wondered why you use such bloated and unstable required plugins.

Changing the google map location which is displayed on contact page isn`t working. Also i have changed the coordinates and tried with address, and the map on website isn`t changing. I believe this is a bug, becouse there isn`t any other explanation. Hope you fix it. Thanks!

I found much more bugs, if you like i can report them all to you, so you can fix it for your current and further clients. One of those bugs which is pissing me of now is the small “Quick view” button when you mouse over a product image on shop page. Only 5% of image loads in the middle of the pop up lightbox.

I got this theme through elements. Almost everything works right! I notice that there’s a problem with the login/registration page.
When I fill the required fields and hit register the page only reloads and nothing happens, but when I log in with my existing credentials, it works!

I tried to do what’s mentioned in the article above but I can’t find the login-form.php file on your theme!

Okay, I understand! What about the WPBakery plugin that comes bundled with the theme can I skip installing it and use the Visual Composer Website Builder instead? Thank you!
Off course you can use any page builders with the theme but some of our custom shortcode only included with WPBakery page builder.
After a recent theme update, adding new product categories causes the theme to format the page wrong (everything is overlapped) when viewing that product category from a customer’s perspective. Your support tells me that I need to move from wordpress.com to a site that allows ftp access to ‘test’ a fix. Apparently I’m out of luck and am no longer able to add product categories to my site. This is not acceptable. Your updates need more testing before being sent out.
Hi! This issue didn’t happen on our site here and It’s difficult for us to clarify this issue without checking the code directly. That’s why our developer recommended you move to another hosting provider that supports FTP account or another way we can access the file.
In this case, I think we’ll try to back up your site to our development environment to debug this issue. Do you agree?

Hi, While Screen size uses inches that is the size of the actual screen of a particular device, Screen Resolution is measured by the number of distinguishable pixels that can be displayed in each dimension.. Hi, but I actually have already an issue. Since then my personalization plug in isn’t shown on the page and the support theme from the plug in told me, that the updated WooCommerce version has an issue with theme has old hooks which are no more present in WooCommerce and that I need to update my Theme if I updated WooCommerce. Thats really urgent.

I don’t really know, since I did the update with WoCommerce, the plugin isn’t showing. It is a personalization for our products we offer. On our other shops with a different theme it works.
Have you tried to update the theme to version 2.6? This version is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
If you did and still had this issue, you must to extend your support license so we’ll clarify this issue for you.

Our IT sytem already checked it and it is a theme problem. Do you think there will be a new update soon? It is definetly smth. on the theme and the new woocommerce settings for variable products

Yes that is the problem and it worked perfectly before the woocommerce update and does so with other themes. Even imagify doesnt work with the theme since the woocommerce update. Will there be a theme update soon?
