I wanted to follow up on an email regarding our logo not populating, and is instead showing the site identity text instead.
We’re also having trouble with our menu text not changing colors, and were wondering if it would be possible to change the menu font to a custom font.

Hello. You can follow our video tutorial – there are some videos how to do it on our youtube channel. Also we have documentation, in other case you can send us support request via email. If you have no restrictions from your domain/host – it can take you 5 min to see demo. Enjoy!

I wish you could respond to my inquiry regarding the email that I’ve sent you previously. I still don’t understand why the template is bugging every time I place a photo for the Woocommerce products. It seems like the issue has been the template itself. After months of trying to resolve this issue it seems like the template is having issues on showing the thumbnail that I’m uploading.
This has been further delayed due to our communication far from each other to template author and hosting provider.
It was first brought up as a a cache issue, hosting issue and then now it was all along the template. I emailed you a proof of the featured image used and its not showing as a thumbnail for the products.
And now together with the hosting provider this is what happened when I tried to run the template in a different theme. https://prnt.sc/ogmv96
The product shows up on a different template. But from the CWS template it doesn’t show up.
I know that my support license is already down. But this has been brought up a long time ago and our last communication was to talk to my hosting provider. And it seems like it was the template all along.

Hallo ich habe das Theme gekauft, jedoch ist großes Chaos in den Einstellungen, hier werden Änderungen nicht übernommen. Meine Seite sieht nicht annähernd so aus wie das Shop Theme was hier in der Vorschau zu sehen ist. Ich bitte um Hilfe. Mittlerweile sind wir soweit das der Shop verschwunden ist und wenn wir noch ein bisschen mehr in der Einstellung üben, dann verschwindet der Rest auch noch. Dieses theme ist alles andere als leicht zu gestalten, da sich auch die demo nicht laden lässt! Bitte um Support wie erworben ansonsten buche ich das Geld zurück!
