As for the Ken theme, video background does not work on smaller devices. Due to performance reasons, we shift to the fallback image in smaller devices to avoid cases there the site becomes unusable. Changing this may cause some issues on the site.
You can upload a background image in Background Video Preview image (fallback image) field in Page Section settings for mobile devices. Thank you for understanding.

That’s bad. Its for a video production company and its really important that the background video works in mobile devices too. I had gone for the Ken theme as the demo page with video background was what we were looking for and seeing its sales numbers I thought this would be covered. I have already put in a couple of days in editing the theme. Now I have to try other theme. I would please like to have refund.

Two Questions:
1. In Theme Settings/Header, I’ve specified my social networks to appear in the Header Toolbar and enabled the Header Toolbar, but it’s not showing up.
2. Can a Callout Button be added to the main navigation menu? I followed the instructions for it that you have posted for the Jupiter theme and it worked except that it was too tall and I couldn’t change it. With that code, a second one also appeared in my Header Toolbar….but still no social icons.

Never mind on #1, I figured out that the social buttons were white and so was the Header Toolbar, so they weren’t showing up!

Just updated the Ken theme to 4.2 and WPBakery to 5.5.4 per Artbees instructions on the website. WPBakery is not working on any pages, I just see my pages in Classic mode and an empty WPBakery below. When I try to add anything with WPBakery, it does not work.
Also, I made sure that under the Role Manager all types of Posts were selected.
I have also cleared all the caches.

Hi. Just purchase and see this “Your theme (ken) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again. ”... A suggestion please ?

You can ignore that notice. We edited some Woocommerce templates in the theme and old versions may be written in our files, but it doesn’t effect your site at all as only version number needs to be changed, not the code. So please ignore that message.

When we upload to our Google Drive for the team to work on it, it’s reading as containing a virus. Not sure if it’s an error on Google’s part but my developers don’t want to download it. Please advise.

Your VC ROW PHP destroys the entire site because of Parallax problems, I narrowed it down to Parallax and VC-ROW.PHP .
Of course it works on 5.6. People are trying to migrate out of 5.x. I’m sure you’re aware of this?

WP Bakery suddenly not working. The Ken 4.2 with WP 5.1.1. Delete, reinstalled, tried everything but Visual Composer gives white screen. Cannot edit pages or portfolios. Any idea? I have classic editor installed. WP Bakery is at v5.7. Your modified version is 5.5.4 and your last theme update from October 2018. Any chance on a update?
