Hi. Love the Adore theme! I got notification of updates to the theme today and I assume they are fixes to the issues reported over the last month or so, but the change log on the page only goes to April… Could you please let us know what changes/fixes this update applies to? Thanks in advance!

I believe I found an issue with the Import Feature within Theme Options. I posted on the Community Forum if anyone else was experiencing this issue but no responses in the past month. Import Options doesn’t allow to upload a file. It’s the same result on different servers and browsers. I updated to the latest version 2.3.1 and Featured Block Formatting is broken and shows html code. The Log shows it was fixed but my downloaded files are not fixing the issue. Can you send me the fixed file for this?

I just disabled the maintenance mode.
Seems like you are using HTML code in the featured box content field. As per new standards of theme requirement we are not allowed to show HTML in several parts of the theme. To fix this I need to make changes in your theme’s files.

I am very greatful to always receive updates of your template and would therefore highly recommend imithemes. The only major disappointment recently is that without me changing anything suddenly the mega menu options disappeared. I ticket the checkbox in the screen options but don’t see all the custom fields of the mega menu. Could it be that this is due to one of your recent updates?

You can always download the latest version of theme from your Downloads page here on ThemeForest and can upload it using FTP or can use Envato Market plugin https://envato.com/market-plugin/ to get updates notification within your dashboard. Once you update your theme to latest you will get the update notification without this plugin as well. Thanks

For some reason the sermon series template page is not showing sermons for 2019. It’s been working fine but now it’s stopped. Any ideas what this could be? Everything is updated btw.

Page builder is separate plugin and it should get affected by the theme version. New WordPress update changed the classic editor to new design that can be a reason you are not getting the page builder in the editor. You can try installing this classic editor plugin https://support.imithemes.com/knowledgebase/returning-to-old-content-editor-after-new-wordpress-5-0-update/

I noticed that on all of the HeaderStyles the only thing holding me back is when you click on image with top texts of Our Community, Church Mission, Join a Group it produces an error. “wp1.imithemes.com refused to connect.” Can you resolve this issue. I’m hoping that this can be fixed on all header pages with 3 choices a person can opt to choose? Thanks!

I’m having a problem when the theme updates it says I’m missing a stylesheet. I am not using a child theme but this is the error I get:

I love this theme already but before i buy, does this theme have sermon archive? I seriously need it on the project i am about to go into.
Also if i upload an audio on zippyshare and other external content server, can I link them to the download audio button instead of having the audio file on my server.

Yes, audio files can hosted somewhere else just make sure the URL must end with .mp3 for the theme to recognise it for download and audio player.

To show a list of year, months as archive links to sermons you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-widgets/ and for search/filters you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-filter/
Free file hosting is not recommended but still you have many of those like this https://vocaroo.com/ Once you upload file here, Download as MP3 gives you a link with extension .mp3 https://cl.ly/7092d5

We recently updated this theme and now the monthly calendar view (shortcode) is not working. This page – http://pcjh.org/events/ – shows an empty calendar.
