Hi,
I like your theme and i’m thinking of buying it however while looking at the blog masonry home and after clicking on the “A better you, today” blog post I have noticed an issue with the audio/video player. The audio bar where ou see the length of the video where you usually press stop, pause and play and see the remaining time, is transparent and is on top of the text. It is a theme coding issue and I would like to see that fixed before buying it (since I don’t want to contact the support for an issue that is already existent before purchase). I have a pre-sale question. Is it easy to not install bbPress components when I setup this theme? Don’t need it and don’t want the bloat that comes along with bbPress.
Also I ran a speed test on the demo site and it isn’t very good. See https://gtmetrix.com/reports/wellspring.mikado-themes.com/s6jOmPUd . Is there anything planned in the pipeline to address this?

1. This theme is compatible with bbPress 3rd party plugin and you can install/activate it as any other plugin through your backend. If you don’t plan to use bbPress features you don’t need to install/activate it or if you’ve already installed/activated it, just go to your WP admin panel > Plugins and deactivate that plugin.
2. Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.

Hi – the mkdf shortcodes have stopped working after updating theme. When in the WP Bakery Composer, when I view the available blocks, the usual Title, Subtitle, etc blocks in the Mikado section are no longer there
It’s ok I figured it out. I needed to update the JS Composer and Mikado Core plugins manually, using the files that come with the theme download.
I used the Envato theme updater plugin to update the theme. Clearly this doesn’t fully work, as it didn’t update any plugins that come with the theme

After update to 2.2 version i have small issue with revolution slider. I’m getting empty space (around 65px) between slider and menu. I try to create new page but always slider is moved down. Please help!

I’m really interested in buying this theme, but before purchasing it I have a question. For my website I’d need to have an area which can be accessed only by registered users; these users should be able to see pages that whoever is not logged in can’t see. Does the theme have an integrated plug in that allows this? Or if not, do you know of any third-party plug ins that would allow me to achieve what I need and have been tested to work with this template?

You can see and check on our demo presentation all theme features: https://wellspring.mikado-themes.com/On our theme we use default WordPress user roles, so you maybe can set up some user restrictions from there for backend and content edit if you need. You can read through wordpress codex explanaitons on User Roles here https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities and also here is a good link http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/wordpress-user-roles-and-permissions/
In theme there isn’t integrated such a plugin for user restrictions. For that feature you will need to install some 3rd party plugin.
Unfortunately we didn’t test our theme with 3rd party plugins for user restrictions, so we can’t confirm any compatibility. You are free to install any 3rd party plugin with our theme. Once you purchase Wellspring, you’ll receive 6 months of support period that you can use to get in touch with our support team for any theme-related issue you might have.

After theme update you need to update the Core plugin as well. Please deactivate all plugins and then delete Core plugin. Then install again Core plugin in Appearance >> Install Plugins and activate it. That should resolve your issue.

How Do I Remove Connection To Instagram?

I really want to buy the Wellspring theme but I’d really like to first know what page I could use for a Resources page – I’d like to have a page where I can have a few free downloadable ebooks & other free resources. I want to keep it simple just with the image of the ebook and a download button. On the same page I’d like to have other resources like book recommendations with an image and a link to the book.
Can you tell me if one of the page layouts could be adapted to this? Like the SHOP or PORTFOLIO pages? Would the Wellspring package allow me to create a simple page like this?
Any advice would be great as I’m 99.9% ready to buy this theme.

There is option in Woocommerce (most popular e-commerce plugin) to set your products to be virtual and downloadable (for ebooks). In the following link you can find how you can build this: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/ After you add those producst, you can list them on some page. We provide with our themes many elements that can replicate this, for example you can used Single image and text with link for this to create recommendations.
Yes, you can use any shop page (where the product list is added) that is presented on our demo and add on that page what you desire with our WPBakery elements.

These are internal likes and not likes from some social network like Facebook for example so our internal likes don’t have dislike functionality. You should use some sharing / likes 3rd party plugin in order to find functionality in a way you would like it to have it on your website.

In short it isn’t connected to any social network plugin. It can’t be disable unfortunately, but you can remove it with some custom CSS code, and if you decide to use the theme just contact our support regarding this.

Hi, I bought the theme and I have a problem with the menu – Max megamenu more exactly. In fact I tried also WP Megamenu, Quadmenu – both with the same issue. I installed the plugin, activated, set the things as I needed to be shown but in front office appears changed only the main part. The submenu doesn’t show. I also selected in the layouts what menu should be shown in the front office. Everythings seems ok but the submenu is not shown. The mobile version works just fine. I also added a video in the menu and it works. But on desktop doesn’t appear, only on mobile. If for every megamenu it is the same thing that doesn’t work, I figure that is something from Wellspring theme. What can it be the problem?

We didn’t tested those 3rd party plugins with our theme so some compatibility issues can appear. You have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Inside of the theme, there is functionality for wide menu for example: https://www.screencast.com/t/OOLEGCYv799Y Maybe this can replicate functionality that you want to set.
If you for some reason need to use those plugins, you can contact plugin author directly. Usually the case is that custom menus from plugin can cause conflicts with themes and maybe author of the plugin can suggest you how you can integrate their menu manually.

I have Kaswara Modern VC Addons, and for some reason the send button on the contact form 7 does nothing. When I disable the Kaswara Modern VC Addons plugin the send button works just fine just to see if someone found a walk around this problem, if no to let the Author know about that incompatibility issue

Thank you, I have updated the theme, through wordpress and then again through FTP site. I am at Version 1.9, and 5.6 WPBakery is installed. Every time I try to edit anything the settings display box shows my revolution slider image from my home page – and I am unable to edit or successfully add anything to my webpage!

It doesn’t redirect to the homepage – the settings box opens, and within that first I see my logo, then the images from the slider on my home page start running through the settings box. I’m unable to close the box, or edit anything.
