We have a site using different wordpress theme with visual composer, we want to migrate all the pages, now do we have to recreate all the pages when we use your theme with visual composer page builder? I am asking because if visual composer is customized we could have a problems.

I have purchased the theme two days ago. After installing the theme, I can’t active the license, The message that appears me is “Contact with the License Server has failed. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. If the License Server is offline, please try again later”
I have another problem, I don’t know if solving the first one, this second one solves too, the plugin Advance Custom Filds Pro can’t be updated, it tells me that I have to active a license, I have tried with the purchase number that comes into the documentation, but nothing.

1.) Theme Activation – please open a ticket and include your WP and FTP logins
2.) ACF pro plugin – this plugin is delivered with the theme as a bonus. Also all the updates all delivered within the Ark theme updates. Due to to the licensing, it is not possible to provide you with ACF license. If you, from some reasons, really need it, then you need to purchase it separately

Is there any way that you asign me a new license number? To give you my WP and FTP logins will be difficult, first because is a sensible information, and second because when you try to enter to with my logins the system will ask for a code that it send me to my email address.
I think the best way is that you asign me a new license. Please consider it.

It’s not a problem with a license key, rather a problem with the server settings and we need to inspect this out. So simply generating a new key would not solve this issue.

I’m having compatibility issues with Heroic KB plugin.
Everything works except for the view showing their category taxonomy. When i disable the Fresh Framework plugin, the taxonomy is back to working, when i enable, it’s just blank.
No matter what I put inside that layout inside the taxonomy sitemap, nothing shows. Not even static content.
I know that i’m editing the correct layout/sitemap because when i change the setting for footer, header or titlebar, those all change like they should.
Any ideas?

Your theme is not compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce 3.6.4. It is throwing out a lot of errors. I updated to Ark 1.44 and Woocommerce 3.6.4, some of these errors seem to all do with FRESH FRAMEWORK + SHORTCODES, for things such as (product_type was called incorrectly) (id was called incorrectly. Product properties should not be accessed directly). How SOON do you plan an upgrade to WORK with Woocommerce newest release?

It uses Bootstrap 3 with some customized features for additional flexibility. BS3 is more widely adopted/understood and does all the needed things. Any edge cases can often be solved with our custom features or a little bit of custom coding.

Please change your webserver PHP file size upload limit, it is probably too low right now in order to accept ZIP files of that bytesize. If you do not know how or don’t have access to these thing, please ask your hosting helpdesk to change it for you.

i bought TheArk some time ago but I am wondering about ACF. ACF pro is bundled with the theme, but inside the theme, I see nearly nothing that makes use of it. Is there any place, where custom fields are shown? Can they be shown in single pages, loop items, grid or queried in a search?

The ACF plugin is there just as a pure bonus for our clients. We’ve figured out, that most of our clients are using this plugin for their own cutom purposes, so we’ve adde dit into the theme.
It is, also, fully integrated with the theme, by element “ACF” in Fresh Builder.

Hello again!
I tried to re-install theme and demo content but the error is still there.
Then I wanted to see if other demo imports have the same error, so I imported three other demos (Yoga, Hair Salon, GoGreen Detox). Now I can say that those three demos don’t show the error and they work perfectly fine for me.
I wanted to use the demo “Artist” which is a page from the Main demo. And as far as I can see all of the pages from this demo content show the error when using a blog element.
In conclusion: When I created a new page (while the demos Yoga, Hair Salon an GoGreen Detox were active/imported) and used a blog element via Fresh Builder, it DIDN’T show the error. When I created the same page (while the demo Main was active/imported) and used the same blog element via Fresh Builder, it DID show the error.
Do you know how to fix this or do I have to build the page myself while the other demos are active?

1.) The 5.2.1 is a WordPress version and Ark is, of course, fully compatible with it.
2.) We are issuing updates on a regular basis, through the years. You can see the evidence in our changelog. If there are no updates on a weekly basis, it simply means, that we are very thorough and there are not bugs, which needs to be fixed.
3.) ACF is delivered with Ark and new ACF versions are delivered with Ark as well, so you can update it through the Ark dashbaord

Yes there is
Construct the layout as you want it to appear on mobile first and only then add rules for larger devices where you will switch those columns. These rules are called PUSH/PULL and can be found in “Advanced” tab on each “Column” element.
I don’t know your case but you will probably need rules like this:
1st column = PUSH-6-MD
2nd column = PULL-6-MD
That will simply switch the left column with the right column in a 2×50% column layout.
