Hello. I looking to build a site were people with events can use the site to sell tickets to their upcoming events.the site will just be a platform for all who have events coming up and want their users to book using the website and the site can accommodate unlimited number of event planners.

And yes, this theme will help you sell ticket online by using WooCommerce or Event Tickets Plus, it depends on your purpose. If you need to send the QR code for your user you choose Event Tickets Plus, refer the features of Event Tickets Plus HERE.
In the current version, please update the theme and plugins via FTP. We will add the auto update via Envato toolkit to the next version as soon as possible.

Whats happening here? I created a new account on your support panel per your request (because my account was no longer accessible because of an API update??) and now I have no access to my previously created tickets and they seem to have been removed from the support page.
When my tickets are lost this is a huge problem since I have no other place where I summarized all the issues with this template. This is a little frustrating to be honest.
In the meantime I was able to recover all my tickets but I am still missing some.
Will this happen everytime the API is updated?

Before I put this into my review I hope the support is going to read this. The theme is quite good but it seems to me that it is still a work in progress. Starting with the plugin that is advertised in their description which is not pretty well tested as it seems and also some design issues that can hardly be solved by novices. The support was quite ok at the beginning looking into the support threads that haven’t been answered yet, it seems like they went AWOL the few days now.
This is highly concerning since my customer has already approved the use of this design…
