Hi, I went into the theme options and the colour theme. I updated the colours to my desired choice but can only seem to see the changes made successfully on the mobile version of the website. On the computer version the colours remain unchanged. Can you advise on what I would need to do here. Thank you.

Hello, I’m using Upstore theme for e-commerce. I’ve added brand names to the product brands section, and I checked the brand of the product on each product page. I enabled show brand names in theme options. I really like how the brand name is displayed (all caps and smaller font) above the product name on the shop page. Because of this, I haven’t been putting brand names in the title (product name) of each product page. However, this presents a problem. When I type in brand name in the header search bar, nothing shows up. It only shows up when the brand name is included somewhere in the product description. Also, tags and attributes don’t fix this as they don’t show up in search results either. So I have several questions:
1. How can I ensure products under a specific brand show up when searching for that brand (if the brand name is not in the product description)? Is there a way to ensure brands are a part of the search?
2. How can I display brand name when using the (ajax) search bar? It only shows title of product (product name) and a description if there is one. I was hoping to show the brand name to the left or above the product name. Is this possible? Please advise.

I configurated personalized colors in theme options (color scheme), however, colors selected it’s not applied on the final web, only applied the color selected on the top of section, but any color selected on the others options like “primay colors”, “main content color” not works.

1. Yes, our demos are running on PHP 7.2
2. Our theme can work with Gutenberg. But we don’t optimize Gutenberg. It will use the default style of WordPress. We recommend that you use WPBakery Page Builder with our theme.
3. No, it is not required.

Hello. I recently installed this theme, and I’m having issues with the menu header. The menu header that I’ve selected isn’t displaying consistently across all my pages. The logo is disappearing when I navigate away from the home page. Also, I’ve enabled a sticky header menu, but it isn’t as I scroll.

You edit your Shop and Checkout pages. In Page Options, you change the Show Breadcrumb option to No.

Thank you. I have another issue where whenever you go to the site it loads another font and then quickly switches to the font it’s supposed to. Do you know how to fix that? I tried installing the theme from scratch but that didn’t help.

Hi guys, I just bought your theme and installed it. Now I wanted to install the demo content of the petstore. I downloaded it but If I am going to upload this to my folder it will basically override everything else. I had to switch to your theme because the other one was outdated and not supported anymore so my shop is up and running and I don’t want anything to be overwritten. Is there any chance that I can install the demo content without overwrite everything?
