We recently purchased your WordPress theme from ThemeForest, but we are facing an issue with the demo data installation. The demo content is not getting installed properly, and because of this, my website is not appearing as shown in the theme preview.
Demo import finishes successfully but no pages or content are created. Import shows “All Done” but Pages list remains empty. Please provide manual demo files or fix the demo importer.

1. Is there an option to have the product image gallery below the main image i.e are there other layouts? 2. Can we show the variable product swatch labels on the shop and category pages? 3. Does it have the option to show additional text, e.g bottom of page, on the category and tag pages for SEO purposes? 4. Can we reorder how elements are placed on the product page? 5. Is there an option to hide the navigation on checkout?

Hello. I have a pre-sale question. The demo website loads really slowly compare to other themes here. I also tested the performance with PageSpeed Insights and gtmetrix and both reported very poor speed and performance. It actually failed all the tests. Is it the problem with the theme itself or the host where the demo is hosted?
It is the problem with the host we have hosted, because it has thousands of the demos. (We do not use any kind of caching or other configuration to make it faster, because they are just demos)
The Theme itself is fast, you may need to configure using come caching mechanism and speed factors.
you really need to focus on speed? i love this theme but when i checked performance on google pagespeed and gtmetrix the speed for performance is very poor.

There is no file or folder called as “TemplateMela Theme” which is given in the installation documents, due to which not able to import the demo. Kindly assit on the same. I have already created a ticket for the same.

This is because you are uploading whole zip file downloaded from envato. You have to unzip that so you will find theme-avanam.zip file inside it.

Hello Great Template…but where are the references for the shortcakes…example container class=”cms-banners” padding=”10px 0”[tm_banner backgroung where would i find these short codes used in a section of the front page …. there are no references to them….ive been to support but the only answer i get is sorry we don’t support short codes in the editor …. mark

Hello, starting a few days, google ads is keep saying that “Disapproval reason: Malicious or unwanted software.” They sent the files to me and they are all jpgs, pngs and js scripts from the theme.
