I just freshly installed Listify on a test environment, and as others say, 2.11.0 seems buggy. Listings menu only has two child menus: settings and addons. Can’t even create a test listing as there’s no menu for it.
Everything worked fine on previous versions. I hope the fixed version will be released soon.
Hey there,
This is most likely some server-side cache issue or an issue with how you updated your WP Job Manager plugin, not an issue with the theme. It’s most likely occurring even with other themes such as the Twenty Nineteen theme activated, of which would serve as a confirmation to this.
Could you possibly update WP Job Manager to the latest version via FTP and check whether the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, we suggest getting in touch with our support team here:

That way, one of our support personal can offer you guidance on this matter

hi, before buying question: I want to use the theme to search for people and display the results. I have a list of people with their details (Firstname, LastName, photo, location, dateofBirth, ...etc). Very simple requirement. Can this theme help me achieving this?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, yes this is possible. However, if you want to add additional fields such as date of birth, you would need to use the Wp Job Manager Field Editor plugin (Plugin sold separately), or else some extra code customizations.. You may check out this information here: https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/407-modifying-the-submission-form
Hope this answers your question.

Hi, the search function is no longer returning listings. It seems to be a problem that has materialised after updating the theme / plugins so I am begrudged to purchase a support package if it is a coding error. The website is https://playexitgames.com/

ok heard. Thank you.
Can I use different categories like job, real estate, for sale etc so that user can post ads depends on their choice. And also which payment gateway it support? Woocommerce Express Checkout? Thanks.
Hey there,
Relating to your question shere, yes you can use different categories. As for payment gateways, with Listify you can use any payment gateway that WooCommerce supports, see: http://www.woothemes.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/
Hope this answers your question.

Hey there,
Sorry for the issue.
Could you possibly try again? At times it takes some time for the Envato API to reflect the extension. Make sure you are logged in and have connected your Envato account to your astoundify account. We suggest getting in touch with our support team here:

I should not have to purchase a license every year because of programming issues from the author. So when I click the region I want to see it gives Me a national result (never did this before) Example I click Colorado on the front page and it shows the entire United states. What could be causing this issue? I have done the normal checks like turning off all non required plug ins and issue is the same.
https://usaweed.org/Hey there,
Relating to your query here, this is an issue arising from a compatibility with the latest Wp Job Manager release. We have notified the development team on this issue. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Hello,
I bought a support extension, but my Listify support is still marked as expired on your site.
Anyway, I wanted to create a ticket ASAP for users who use Listify accelerated with our WPSOLR Elasticsearch plugin: “Undefined variable: query_args_hash in /srv/www/wordpress-develop/src/wp-content/themes/listify/inc/integrations/wp-job-manager/map/class-wp-job-manager-map.php on line 257”
From the code I can read, this error seems to happen as soon as the Listify cache is not activated (the transient hash variable is then used, but not defined).
I finally could create a support ticket.
Hello – is it a known bug that photos in the gallery disappear when publishing a listing? They remain when clicking the checkmark to approve, but when going in to view the listing and then choosing “Publish,” it removes all photos from the gallery. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for the reply John. However, as mentioned by others in a number of recent comments, we shouldn’t have to pay to get support for coding errors by Astoundify. Given the issues with searching right now, along with the lack of support and updates over the past couple of years, how could someone feel confident they’ll get anything for money spent paying for support? Again, I appreciate your time and hope you understand where we’re coming from.
Hey there,
I’m truly sorry about that.
I understand your frustrations on this. I will have this issue reviewed by the development team.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Pre-Buyer : I’m just trying to make a simple in building directory. We rent space for product displays. People would log in and add image(s) description, search words. I would need to make a landing page.. people would register to be able to access the full directory, and have option to alter their space only. All added companies, and products would need to be authorized prior to being available for view. Not selling anything, might charge to display. Would this theme cover our needs? Thanks, Lasa
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, yes it would be possible to achieve such a directory, but you would need some extra addons, especially if you will need to edit the details people would need to submit, implementing charges to submit listings as well as restriction of content viewing.

FAQ: ‘Does the theme and plugins support multilingual translations?’ Your Answer: ‘The Polylang plugin allows you to create a bilingual or multilingual WordPress site. We are currently promoting the Polylang plugin instead of WPML until the developer of WP Job Manager says that the plugin supports WPML.’
I asked the WP Job Manager Support support@wpjobmanager.com: ‘Yes, WP Job Manager is fully compatible with WPML.’
What does count now? I want to use WPML, can you confirm that it is fully compatible with WPML now? Why didn’t you this section yet?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, yes you can still use WPML. Many of our users have had success with WPML but we recommend using Polylang to make your site multi lingual.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi
Pre-purchase question:
I’m interesting in very specific feature – once someone claim his business I want to enable him (from his account) to respond to his associate reviews, which mean:
Once a new review added it should display within the business owner account as new review which he can reply straight from his account (his reply will display as sub-review to the original one).
In addition, I want to be sure that whenever new review is added to his business – he will receive an update email (and the same for the original review writer)
I don’t want to grant him the privilege to Approve/Delete reviews
Is that request is possible with your theme or I have to customize the code for it ?
Thanks Yaron
Hey there,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
Relating to your question here, the reviews plugin uses the default WordPress comment system. Reviews will be publicly visible.
Other users with accounts will also be in a position to submit reviews and replies, depending on whether you have enabled this within the review settings. This will not be restricted to only the new listing owner. A notification will also be sent to the listing owner in case of a review within the listing.
The new listing owner will however be in a position to moderate the reviews. You can also have the specific actions you want the listing owner to have within the review settings.
Hope this answers your questions.

1) Using listing payment addon: Is it possible to allow the user to pay without using WooCommerce Subscriptions. My goal is to have the user create 1 free listing (valid for 1 year) and $1 per additional listing.
2) The hosting solution you offer: Will I be able to install any plugin? Do I have FTP access? I assume the hosting is optimized for your theme and plugins, do you have a list of plugins I cannot install on your “hosting platform”? Is payment month to month? Can I easily remove/migrate my site to another hosting company if I am not satisfied with your hosting service? Does your hosting service include complete set-up of the site?
3) Does your theme offer a demo install option for quick set-up?
4) Is Listify compatible with Elementor?
5) Is it possible to add booking capabilities to the Listify directory to the Classic demo? In other words, the users who visit the listing of a “massage service” will be available to book an appointment (day/time) with a massage service and the website admin (me) will get a commission on the payment?
6) Is it possible when enabling Woocommerce Bookings plugin to have the users administer their bookable services from the frontend area of the site and not the backend admin area?
—GM
Hey there,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
In reference to the questions here:
1. If you wish to have recurring payments on your packages, then you would need the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The Listing Payment plugin does not provide this feature.
2. Sorry, we do not offer hosting services. Choice of a hosting provider is optional. We however recommend on investing in a decent web host that offers server side caching and is built specifically for WordPress
3. Yes theme has a quick demo setup option.
4. At this time Listify is not fully compatible with Elementor as we have not added official compatibility for the plugin to be used on Listify.
5. Yes you can use the WooCommerce Bookings and WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin to implement this. Note that these two plugins are sold separately.
6. Sorry, this is only possible from the backend as it currently stands.
Hope this answers your questions.
Kind Regards,
John from Astoundify

Unfortunately, we no longer provide this service. We recommend using Flywheel, which is a premium WordPress web host.
Hope this helps.
