Your theme has somehow removed the option to change the URL of our webshop. Our hosting provider does not understand how this has happened, and we need the information from you regarding how to find this option again. Usually there would be an option under Settings where we could change the Webshop URL and Wordpress URL, but it’s gone.
You asked me to send screenshots but I can’t send pictures here, so here you can see, on the first option, how it is supposed to look in our General Settings: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/change-wordpress-url/ But when I go to the general settings on our site, the Wordpress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) option is not there at all – it is missing.
