Pre sale question: Is it possible to make booking whitout any price just button Book Room but whitout price ? So when somene fill the form i just get an email with query and respond with details later ??

the room price can’t be empty, however you can set it to 0 and if you want to hide it you can do that by using CSS.

Hi! I’m a little bit a novice in all of this envato wordpress theme world. This is my first purchase and it’s your theme. It’s super nice, I love it. Install and activated all necessary plugins and imported one of your demo to test it out. So, I’m testing Built-in booking and check availability.
For example
If someone is booked a room from 07/06/2019 to 17/06/2019 and choose Payment On Arrival for example and proceed to book; and I see that in the Bookings in WP Admin that the booking is Padding Payment. And next, just for testing purposes I change Payment Status to Completed.
So when the other guest click Check Availability of that same room and same date range it should not be available.
How can it be available? How can the guest see that this room is booked? That’s what I’m interested in. Or maybe I just missing something?
Please can you explain it to me how you imagined the booking process and check availability?

I will do my best to answer your question even if i can’t describe the whole booking process here in the comments section.
There are 3 booking status:
Pending: => The booking has been registered but the room is still available until the administrator changes the status in the admin dashboard. This status is used for the “Booking Request” payment method.
Pending Payment => The booking has been completed, the room is no longer available and the payment is pending. This status is used for the offline payment method (Bank Transfer or Payment On Arrival).
Completed => The booking has been completed, the room is no longer available and the payment has been completed. This status is used for the PayPal, Stipe and 2Checkout payment method.

Thank you for replay and clarifying me Booking process.
O man, I totally forget that hotel has many rooms of different category (like: Single, Deluxe etc.). For example I totally missed quantity. It was 40 single rooms. So I puzzled myself how can it be available when Payment Status is Completed? But I still don’t know which Single or Family room is available and which is free? Is there any system to check? For example Single room 104 is free but Single room 105 is not?
The room availability depends on booking dates and on room quantity.
Single Room 104 and Single Room 105 are the same room in the system as Single Room with a quantity of 2.

If you are not familiar with the .pot files please use a translation plugin like WPML (Paid – Recommended) or Loco Translate (Free).

We’ve enabled Google Maps API, but the documentation has 0 information on how to actually set the location for the map….

2. Edit your page by using WPBakery Page Builder
3. Add the Element “Google Map”
4. Set you Latitude and Longitude of your location

hi. i am trying to set the seasonal pricing exceptions in the eagle booking module but am having an issue. the system allows to choose from and to dates but it includes the year! that means I will have to redo the seasonal pricing every year which is something that will very likely be forgotten. is there a way to add a from and to date not including the year? or cover all years? thanks in advance

1) The theme has not been tested with TranslatePress but is 100% compatible with WPML and Polylang.
2) No, we don’t use WooCommerce for the booking system. Our booking system supports 4 Payment Methods (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Payment on Arrival, Stripe)
3) No this is not possible at this stage.
