Hi. I’m interested in the theme but I wanted to ask a question. Is it possible to import the content of the demo “Construction” and then change the location of the menu to be displayed to the right of the logo, as shown for example in the demo Creative Agency or Beauty?

When you install Construction demo it is possible to change Header style or you can built your own style from scratch. Unfortunately it is not possible to edit pre-made styles.

Sorry, but I do not understand the answer. If I import the demo content of Construction can I change the menu colors (background, font, size, etc) ... but I can not change the menu location? Sorry for misunderstanding. Our theme has both pre-made styles and a header builder where you can build your own header style. In this case construction demo is using pre-made header style and it is not possible to change logo and menu locations. It is possible to change menu color, hover color, font size.
We recommend to use our newly added header builder where you can build your own header. You can add topbar and locate logo, menu, social icons etc.It is much more customizable than pre-made styles.
PHP version is recommended 7.0 ot higher for the best performance. Max execution time should work without changing it as installer plugins changes it when installing

Thanks for answering. So the header generator could only use it to make a completely new site with the theme? I could not use it to modify the menu location of any of the pre-mades demos.
You can modify construction demo as you wish. You can add elements, remove them, change fonts, colors, sizes, pictures ect. or just use it as it is.
Speaking only about header (top section of the slider where the logo and menu are located). This specific style that is used on construction demo header is not editable, only colors and font. But you can change the style or create similar header and modify it to your liking using our header builder element.

Sorry to come back with this. You tell me I should not worry about max execution time then? It does not matter whether it’s 120 or 600? What is the installer plugin that you mention? I see in the forum that there are people who have had problems with this point when importing the demo contents.

We have two demo installation plugins, one which multiple users had installation problems and other which works far better and usually don’t require any configuration.

Also please try to update theme to the latest version 4.3.1 that could also fix your issue.

Hello, having purchased your theme a few months ago (support has expired), I have only just installed it on a client site. I’ve imported the Creative Demo via the one-click install and found that the menu misbehaves when scrolling up ( https://i.imgur.com/AB9VQBt.png ). Note, the white space between the wordpress admin menu and the start of the menu.. Is there something wrong with the one-click install?

It looks like there is some kind of extra padding or margin added. Maybe in page builder first row or column, but without inspecting we can’t know for sure.

I have removed maintenance mode on the site if you would like to have a better look: https://cityprojectgroup.com.au – I don’t believe this is a simple padding problem because the menu appears fine upon initial load. It is only when scrolling up and then down again..
Note I have just installed the theme on a local copy of wordpress and ran the demo import and the error persists. I am sure you will be able to replicate if you do the same..
Installed on WordPress 5.1.1. All other settings are default.
We will test it and fix it if there will be an issue.
Till that please try to add top padding and margin as 0px for both first section and column element.

We’ve noticed for a month or two now, that everytime we make a change to just the content of a page, the Header > Style setting automatically reverts back to “Default”, instead of keeping the setting “Light (Header + Titlebar)”.
This happens on every page, even though no one touches those settings.
Is this a known issue?

Without testing tech support could give only this custom CSS fix, which can be adjusted for specific languages by changing lang=en-US and content text.

Hi, I am considering buying Jevelin for our website rebuild. We are a non-profit film school and micro-cinema. Thus, we need an “element” that can work for classes and one for film screenings & events. I found this element or building block (whatever you call them) https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/education/project/video-game-art/ but in order for me to use this for both classes and screenings, I would need to be able to customize the categories of detailed information (the data fields found on the right hand side of the page I referenced). For example: Start Date, Duration, Price, More Information, Categories. So, as an example, for my screenings, I would need to change the detailed info fields to “Date, Director, Year, Start time, etc”. Would that be possible?
Also, do these populate on the main page (see here: https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/education/programs/) in chronological order since there is a “Start date”? I would need that to happen.
