On mobile (iPhone) the scroll does not work. I have to attempt multiple times to get it to scroll down the page. Here is my website: https://www.theosseoinstitute.com/ I am not sure if its because my logo is too big or the menu icon was modified. Please help, mobile is huge amount of traffic.

You can add your Google map API Key at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > Google Services > Google Maps Api Key. As for the button issue, if you are using the one from our demo content, it could be caused by the smooth-scroll value added in the Extra class name field of the button settings. If removing this class does not help, please open a ticket with WP login info and we will investigate on your platform. All the best.

Can I edit the PHP code to make the dimensions of the logo different? At the moment, the current logo dimensions are small and also the size does not seem to scale well with my logo. I am forced to have a small logo and it does not look that way with the menu.

The size of the logo displayed in page should be similar with the size of the image you’ve uploaded. Just make sure your retina logo is twice the size of the regular logo, to have the same display on both retina and non-retina screens. If you want to make changes through custom code, it should be enough to use CSS. The Toolbar field is placed in the same spot as the WPML language switcher, you can’t have both at the same time. I see you are using the switcher in the menu, so if you check the Disable WPML Language Selector checkbox at Appearance > Customize > Header > Toolbar, the text in the toolbar field should be displayed at the top. Not sure I understood your instructions: I’m using Polylang to display the language switcher menu on the right side of the main menu, this is not at the top of the page right side where I thought the Toolbar text would be displayed, when I go to Appearance/Customize/Header/Toolbar (https://gyazo.com/64a5b3e0ccfb2d2441b4be8d77978a38) there is no Disable checkbox for WPML or any other language (https://gyazo.com/52614410ffe084a32b53eded06676eae), there is only the Toolbar text box, for testing I removed the Language Switcher for English menu from the main navigation bar and still no toolbar text displayed (https://gyazo.com/43e9278a9da8d7e17f03400375d4e33b)

Maybe any plugin I’m using would interfere with the ToolBar text feature, all I’m trying to do is have a topbar as most websites have where I can display a phone number and an email address for quick contact, any help in achieving this with your theme greatly appreciated
I understand now, I assumed you were using WPML as a multi-language solution. The theme was not tested with other multi-language plugins, so we can’t say how compatible it is with Polylang. It is possible for this plugin to recognise the toolbar as a field for a language switcher. You do have the .wpml-switcher class in page, with display:none assigned. This is replacing the toolbar field. So, most likely a workaround would require some custom coding changes. We would need to investigate this further on your platform, because again, our theme was never tested with Polylang. All the best.
thanks I’ll install a topbar notification plugin I tested already, it would be better to use the theme features, but this will be a workaround that works anyways

Hi, I’ve purchased the theme yesterday. The ZIP file name seems to be different from what’s in the documentation. The doc says dental.zip while the one downloaded following the purchase is called dentist-wp.zip. The list of plugins included in the package is totally different from what’s on the documentation. For example”DesignThemes Core Features Plugin” is not available and many other plugins are not there. Can you please help? Thanks

Our theme does not include the DesignThemes Core Features Plugin, you are probably looking at another theme’s documentation. You can find our Dentist WP documentation here: http://curlythemes.com/support/docs/dentist-wordpress-theme-documentation/ The theme should push auto-install for all the included plugins and you can also find them in the Vendor folder. However I see following issues: you don’t have any page for the team member profiles ;-( Where we can present themselves by Email, scholarship etc.. This is essential in this.
