Hey there, I’m struggling with using one of your buttons for my menu. I added the CSS class “boc_nav_button” in to my menu, but how do I change the color and shape to one of the featured ones from you website? Thanks in advance! Love your theme!

You can apply some custom CSS to it as well, what’s your URL and what colors would you like applied to it?
The “Spenden”-Button on the top right at https://www.bifid.org should have the same style (rounded and with the mouseover animation), but we would like to try something greenish (maybe 25d366)
What about the hover color?
The hover color should be the same as the border/font color in the “un-hovered” state.

and

so you can replace one of the existing ones with this in the corresponding template for the time being.

You need to mod your includes/meta_boxes.php file. Find this line:
'pages' => array( 'post','page', 'product', 'portfolio'),and add your post type to the list.

You could use the post grid element or the post carousel… with them you can filter categories.
Where can we change the dropdown background color? I need a transparency. It seems there is a white background but i can´t find it.

Yes, you have 6 menu preset options for the main menu, find them at Appearance->Customize->Main Menu Style.
You can further customize that dropdown background color with simple CSS if you wish, let me know which menu preset you are using and color you want to use and I can help you with the CSS.

As for your email – simply contact your hosting and ask them why you might be getting this message, usually the mail function should be enabled on your live server. Is it the contact forms you are having trouble with?

Oh, I understand now. I setup your account manually so you should be able to use it. Your email somehow is getting blocked by our forum so that’s why you can’t receive your emails from it. Hey there, I copy posts for my post grid (bc of the structure) and change only the content (text, featured images etc.). The problem is that the featured image within the post is correct, but the preview in the post grid is still the same picture from the original post. Is there any way to fix this ?
The preview most likely doesn’t update the featured image, only after you publish the changes you will see them on the actual page… Hope that makes sense.

Hi there, is there a known issue with your theme and contact form 7 and google captcha v3? I have these all running on other themes with no issues but with yours I get an issue. CF7 has suggested that it is to do with omitting wp_footer() call to block scripts from loading and that I should contact you for a resolution.
I love this theme and have used it for years on my site, but this is causing a lot of issues at the moment with spam.

I bought this theme because of the filter option in the portfolio. But when I enable filter links under portfolio grid, then they suddenly don’t show anymore, as they did beforehand. Does the theme no longer support this option?
I figured it out now. For some reason the code from Mailchrimps newsletter popup I had on the page was blocking for the filter-function. Super random, but it works now
I can’t launch my Google Adwords because of malware. When I scan my website for malware it concludes that the following file contains malware: wp-content/themes/fortuna/includes/ext/option-tree/includes/ot-functions-admin.php. Can you fix this please?

The original theme files are surely clean, if your website got breached and some script got particularly infected with malicious code somehow then you should definitely redownload the theme and overwrite with the original files. What are you scanning with? Do you get any other potentially infected files warnings for?

I’ve already redownload the theme for all my domains that are using Fortuna. My server provider did the scan. What is the tool you are using?
I don’t know what tool they are using. GoogleAds and my provider did the scan. I even installed a clean Wordpress installation with Fortuna theme and even that domain contained malware!
It doesn’t contain malware, I checked again why the tool used by your provider might be showing an alarm and it’s most likely the base64_encode and base64_decode functions used in the Option Tree plugin (the plugin we use for our Theme Options). Those methods are used to encode and decode the serialized data for import/export of Theme Options and those are valid uses of the above methods. The alarm is raised because of the fact that malware sometimes uses those methods to obscure execution of some malicious code.
How exactly did GoogleAds do a scan? Can you describe some steps to reproduce, please?

I don’t know how exactly GoogleAds did the scan or what program they use for te scan. They told me that the malware is in the following link: https://www.9iwp.org/jquery.js. When my provider did the scan, they told me that the link was located in the file ot-functions-admin.php.
There is no such link in that file… Can you check yours?
I’ve already checked every file for that link. I’ve also checked if the files were changed at a strange time.
The malware must be somewhere in the theme because if I delete the theme and activate a other one, the malware disappears…
Well i can guarantee that there is no malware in the theme, ask your provider for the tool they are using so we can inspect things further.

My provider did a scan and they told me that the malware link possibily could be in ot-functions-admin.php, because that file is most likely the base64_encode
And after i explained that there is no such link in that file… what did they say?

You simply need to add your Google Maps API key in the corresponding place. Are you using the Custom map element? You have a designated field in it to place your Google API key.

Sure thing! You can get the new version of the theme and it includes the new VC Page Builder version! So once you update the theme you can deactivate the old plugin, the theme will ask you to install it and it will install the latest one!
