Despite an open ticket I still have no answer for a few days about a supposed intervention of your support on my server that has been detected as an attack. Since my purchase it has been difficult to have a quick and relevant answer about issues, especially on the issue of the plugin LA Elementor, already mentioned in the comments two months ago, and that I had to have it solved by an external service that i paid. So could you please answer to my ticket 2146471?

Hi there. I downloaded Toro from Envato Elements subscription. I’ve got an install problem but no Purchase Code (there isn’t any with Elements) and the “Verifiy Purchase” button on support ticket doesn’t work for me. Any Help ? Thanks

Hi, I actually use TORO from Envato-elements… my shop have many pages and I don’t want the « load more » button. When I bring back of a single product page, the main catalog return to page 1, even if I was on page 8. The URL don’t change on my website and keep www.xxx.com/eshop/ or on your demo it works fine and your url change to https://toro.la-studioweb.com/shop/page/1/


All my shop is create with elementor product archives and the LaStudio Products elements

I bought the Toro theme with Envato Elements. Everything is spot on except when I start editing the footer then the header disappears. I have even reset the whole site and started again from scratch. Same thing happened! Any clues you can give me?

Hello! Currently I cant edit my pages and templates with Elementor, because i when want edit them, Elementor left the white Screen. The bug is generated by Toro’s native plugin: LA Studio Elements for Elementor. Could someone solve this incompatibility problem? The support didt give me a solution. Thanks for a possible response.

Hi – i just purchased a license for your theme – and uploaded a demo template (furniture1) – however the revolution slider is missing and I cant find any import files for the demo revolution sliders for the template.

UPDATE – I found the dummy archive in the install folders, it’s under …Assets, Dummy Data, Slider – and I managed to import the zip file into rev slider Thanks!

Hello, I love the theme and was about to buy it before I tested the mobile version and found some issues.

1) Product filter doesn’t work on my phone (iphone xs), it looks like it’s a bug. Is this a known issue and would it be fixed soon? Or is this okay in the paid version? 2)The product page is horizontally scrollabe, so when you swipe up & down you get this blank part on the right side. But I’m guessing it’s because of the “more demos” button stuck on the right. Is this okay in the paid version as well? 3) If I buy the theme and I encounter these kind of issues, would I be eligible for a full refund?
