Hi, your theme is great especially the dashboard, meanwhile may i know that your file storage and other info sharing inside the dashboard are upload by admin and the customer or user can’t modify and can’t delete right?

File storage feature is implemented with BuddyDrive plugin which allows the users to upload the files.
There are different user roles – each user can upload/manage their own files, however only admin user can can restrict/remove files uploaded by other users.

There’s a Login/Register option on the homepage – http://prntscr.com/q0ikni, which allows users to login to the dashboard.
Unfortunately, BuddyPress plugin doesn’t offer an option to disable Upload button, by default it is always enabled.

The laggy loading in IE 11 is found on only those pages which are overloaded with lots of elements (diagrams, countdowns, widgets etc.) Al those elements are added to the demo for sample purposes. If you are not going to overload your home page with such a great number of different elements, you should not have the same issue in IE 11 on your site.

The calendar widget on the top right dashboard. I took this screenshot from your demo and it is the same as on my install. Last Wed 8/7 it said Thurs. Today is Monday 8/12 and it says Thurs
Additionally I would suggest the slide out menu to not be a full height column. I’ve restyled the css like a standard slideout menu and its less cumbersome and much more effective..

However, I was just wondering how much control the admin has in terms of limiting what a user can do (e.g., take away their ability to create their own posts, customize their dashboard, etc.)...we’d like to really limit user capabilities down quite a bit to ensure they have a clean dashboard and get informed of things like company wide updates and to do tasks for the day.
Some specific questions I have:
- Force users to a main news feed or dashboard page upon initial login (purpose being to get them to see company updates for that day, etc.)?
- Can we limit the number of menu items on the sidebar?
- Can we make certain posts “sticky” aka featured posts?
- Can users put posts on a main shared feed (and, if so, can it be set so that the admin has to approve their posts on the admin page)? As well, can they comment on posts?
- Do widgets like calendar pull from Google Calendar, etc.? and do other widgets like ones with graphs and the like pull from external sources (such as Grow)?

I have some pre-sale questions. I’m looking for a intranet for our partners where they can learn everything for their tasks. The User Dashboard is amazing. 1) Can I say, what should be displayed at the dashboard of any user? 2) Can I write down events at the calendar as the admin for all users and they can also create their own events? 3) Is there any way that they can display their sales target as a process bar? (e.g they want to earn 1000€ in one month, at the beginning its progress bar which shows 0/100%, with every earning they write down the progress bar becomes green (like the poll dashboard widget) They should be able to edit it. 4) If I use it with learn dash is it possible to display the next course at the dashboard? 5) Can they upload their own picture at the dashboard? 6) Can they upload attachments to the admin? 7) Is it easy to change the look of the online courses (Learndash it self looks awful some themes have optimized it) 
Can I change the icons at the sidebar and the color, size and what is displayed there etc) 9) Is it translated in German?
