There is no direct option for hide CPT in Admin Panel. But you can hide it by using any Plugin. You need to install a plugin that can do this. Here are plugins you can try:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/adminimize/Just install and active this plugin and go to Admin > Settings > Adminimize > Menu Options > select option which is deactivate in backend site. Than Update it and it will be done.

Thanks for contacting us. Currently we haven’t any plan to add Font Awesome 5. Actually our theme is depended on WPBakery Page Builder plugin and the plugin is still using Font Awesome 4. So we cannot update it ourself.

hi there, is it possible to hide the sidebar on individual post pages? ( I see the option for pages but not for the posts). I only see a global posts sidebar position option in the theme options.

Hello! I’m so confused on a couple of things. #1. I think you are using older version of Page Builder plugin. Please use WPBakery Page Builder v5.6 so it will be working. You need to update our theme and to get it. You can use “Envato Market” plugin to update theme.

Support has expired, but took me a while to get the site sorted. I am getting mixed http / https on Google fonts in the browser error console. Could you just please point me in the direction to update the http to https for Google fonts please?

Of the three proposed ways of installing this theme, the only one that worked for me was the Wordpress .zip install, even though this method was not recommended. The others resulted in a white screen. Just a heads up, if anyone else is struggling with the installation. And perhaps there is an explanation for the white screens?

Thanks for this message. We tested both ways and it’s working perfectly.
The first Envato Market is 100% working way and also this is official plugin from ThemeForest (Envato) so if this is not working than something is wrong with your hosting. There is possibility that your hosting service blocked some ports so this can fail. You can ask your hosting service provider for this.
The second FTP way is native way and this is 100% working way. If this is not working than there is possibility that you uploaded wrong files. Make sure you extracted all files from howes.zip and upload in /wp-content/themes/ folder.

Hi – we’re starting to see issues on our site with elements that use the “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin. The installed version is 3.15.0, however the current release is 3.16.26.
The plugin developer suggested contacting you because it has to be updated by the theme developer. Is this in your plans for the next update, and if so, do you have a timeframe for that?

Ive posted on your support and not had a reply in 24 hrs so could somebody please advise me on how to edit the content of the boxes for example if you go here http://howes.thememount.com/ how do I edit the boxes like the our team boxes because I want to add a button at the bottom and align the text content of the box centre. Where the hell can these be changed??? please don’t send me to the support because it will just be another waste of time. So maybe someone who is interested may help me here

Our support team is working hard to provide reply to each tickets. Generally we reply to tickets within 12 hours. But sometimes it took more than 24 hours as it depends on ticket frequency. But you will surely get reply with proper solution.

So you want button below team member. You can add Button element via Visual Composer below “ThemeMount Team Members Box” element.
For alignment. There is no direct option for this but you can do this by adding CSS code. We are not sure which style you are using but I am assuming that you are using same as on our demo page http://howes.thememount.com here. So here is the CSS code:

Just paste this CSS code in Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Custom Code > CSS Code box and save it. This will make all center align.

I’m have a issue with the theme, because for some reason, the file /themes/Howes/css/custom.css is missing.
I’ve installed the theme on a subdomain and also there is no custom.css file.

The /themes/Howes/css/custom.css file is not part of theme. It looks like you added it manually.
Our main CSS files are:
- /themes/howes/style.min.css
- other css files in /themes/howes/css/ folder

Hi team!
I’m using this theme since 3 years ago and we are very happy with it.
I’m kindly asking for your support, because since yesterday I have a issue in header section – stickable-header-sticky-wrapper
On first visit on website, it appear a big empty area under the main menu and when I take a look on the code, I notice that there is a line where it appear height: 156px;
After a refresh, it display the page correctly, with height: 78px;

I look on the file from theme, but I didn’t find anything on where is that 156px value.
I can fix it with some CSS code, but when I add the code, in the first moments when it loads the page, that emply space appear, but then it is corrected with CSS code. So, this is not a solution.
Could you please help me with a permanent fix option?

We checked your site and found the real problem. The problem is Google Fonts is loading slowly and the default font is wider than Google fonts so it’s breaking menu and setting two rows for headers. let me explain it more.
The font family is “Oswald” for the main menu which is Google Font. The font is external so it take time to load. But the JS file called when the HTML is loaded. The JS will set height of the header area by calculating it’s height. As the “Oswald” font was not loaded, so the alternative font ‘Trebuchet MS’ was loaded which is native font in OS. But ‘Trebuchet MS’ font is wide font than “Oswald” font so it take more space than available and slip below logo. So the height calculated with ‘Trebuchet MS’ font which is 156 pixel.
After refresh, the “Oswald” font is available in cache. So it will load faster and will create proper height on refresh. So you can see this problem on first load only.
Hope this clears the real problem.
For solution, we can recalculate the height after page completely loaded. We can do this by adding custom JS code. Here is the code:

Appears functions.php still uses add_to_cart_fragments in Howes v16.0
