Pre-sale questions
1. Is the featured image withing the job listing customizable by size?
2. Do you have social media sharing buttons within the job post or will I need a separate plugin for sharing?
3. Can the language be changed for the entire theme (all submission fields and everything)?
4. What happens when the job listing expires? Is it still saved as a draft in WP but not visible to users on the website?
Thanks in advance!
Hey there,
Thanks for showing interest in our theme.
Relating to the outlined questions:
1. Yes this is possible via some custom work.
2. You will just need the JetPack plugin for this. Please check into
3. Yes this is possible.
4. This depends on the backend settings you have in place. You can opt to hide the job listings from search and archive pages. You can also opt to only have the job titles displayed but the contents of the job listings will not be displayed.
Hope this answers your questions.

Hello,
Presale question: could we restrict access to resumes using count views instead of period plans? For exemple with a 10 views subscription, we can viwe only 10 resumes and no more.
Thanks
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, unfortunately that is currently not possible by default. The resume manager plugin only restricts resume views based on active packages (https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-require-an-active-job-package-to-view-resumes/).
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Pre-sale question… If I enter in a search by city or zip code, will it / can the theme show all jobs with a set radius of that area?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, at this time the theme itself does not have a Radius search. The Location search will just search for Matching Locations and return them. There currently is no option built in for filtering by radius.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi there! I purchase and installed the Jobify site but it’s not showing up in my astoundify support portal. Can you help with this? Thank you.
When I try to resend confirmation email through astoundify it gives me a 503 error “The page you requested generated a server error and could not be processed. You might try refreshing the page. If you continue to gt this message you should contact the site owner.”
Hey there,
Sorry about this issue.
In this case, could you try to login with the email that you used to purchase the Jobify theme with once again and check whether you still encounter the issue. It will automatically grab your license keys.
Let me know if this helps.

I did! I must have originally typed it incorrectly at first and fixed it earlier.
Your Jobify demo doesn’t appear to have the geo-autocomplete feature when typing into the location field (your Listify theme demo does have location geo-autocomplete). Is this feature missing in Jobify or is it just not activated in your demo?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, out of the box, there is no feature available to have the homepage location search autocomplete. You can however use this plugin: https://geomywp.com/add-ons/wp-job-manager-geolocation/
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi, your plugin that goes along with Jobify, ‘contact listing for WP job manager’ hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Has this been abandoned or is there a replacement for it? Thanks.
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, the plugin is still fully supported and still fully in use within our themes. We’ve not had any new issues affecting or being caused by the plugin. Are there specific issues you could perhaps be encountering with the plugin?
I look forward to your reply.

Ok, thanks…no problems I’m aware of, was notified by Wordfence about the issue. You may just want to change something in there and push out an update to keep people from worrying though! It’ll get it off the WF radar as well.
Hey, it says 15% discount, but it won’t be considered in the cart
Hey there,
Sorry for the mismatch. That should actually be rectified.
The price of the regular license is currently at $69.
Apologies for any confusion that may have caused.

Hi You confirm to me that the Google Maps API are now paid and that after 12 months it is no longer possible to use the free trial but you need to pay to use the map in Jobify?
I received the alert from Google and now the map is no longer visible properly but I was hoping I wouldn’t have to pay to view this feature.
Thank you
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, that is not a Jobify requirement. Under the new billing structure, Google charges based on Maps usage volume. The new pricing is based on a pay-as-you-go method. Please check into this article: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/user-guide/pricing-changes/?&sign=0.
Hope this helps.

Hi
Does your theme/plugin support RTL? I want to build a platform in the Arabic language
Thanks
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, the theme does have RTL support. This is done with CSSJanus. Please feel free to review this further here: https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/681-does-the-jobify-theme-support- rtl -right-to-left-language

Greetings,
Does this theme uses advanced custom fields or something similar and is it possible to make one more custom post type, in this case “events” with title, description and date for users where they can click “attend” or something like that?
thank you very much in advance for the availability!
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, you can can create some custom fields with the theme. If you also want to customize the submission fields, you can add customized job fields using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
As for custom post types, yes you can also have these created either via some custom code or using a plugin of your choice. However, for the functionality of the post type, this would entail some custom work.
However, we are partnered with and highly recommend Envato Studio or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.

How much it would cost to customize and build custom post type called Events, where I can have custom fields i need, and ATTEND button, where users can click to attend. The original creator/author of Event will be able to see who is attending to the event.
Thank you very much in advance!
Hey there,
Sorry for the delay.
Unfortunately, we just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend Envato Studio or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.

Presale question. I already own Listify so thanks for a great theme. It seems my list of demands is something in between the two themes. The project I am involved in is currently building a site for companys to answer requests by the customers. This theme that comes along with WP Job Manager is perfect. Though the pricing plan is the the opposite. In other words I want the pricing plan and packages for the “applyers” so its the other way around. Is this possible to change this without too much changing??? Thanks in advance // Tomas
Hey there,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
Relating to your question here, if you are inquiring on a way to charge candidates or else applyers in your case here to submit profiles, yes this is possible. You will need to have both the Resume Manager plugin and Paid Listings plugin. Allowing you to charge candidates to submit resumes and apply for jobs.
Please check into this article as well: https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/659-how-do-i-charge-subscriptions-to-post-jobs

Good day.
I’m looking for a theme where companies can upload their job listings either one by one or via an xml feed. Can your theme do that?
Thank you.
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, yes this is possible. A company member or else any other user can submit listings from the listing submission page (https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/post-a-job/). This user will have an employer role by default. As for XMl content, the site admin can import the Job listings in the XML file from the backend.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

I have been using the jobify theme for a few years now without any problem whatsoever until recently. The [jobs] shortcode is not displaying properly anymore and I am not sure why. It is now displaying as the following link with the search filters all bunched up
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oRJm2mzl3b-eg-0qMAzgRHK5MGmeOkty/view?usp=sharingI am sure this has to do with an update either WP or jobify….how can I get the formatting back to normal as this example
https://drive.google.com/file/d/192yDNL2YEhv_HoKvCyR9NRLBlEQLhqmv/view?usp=sharingplease help, need to get this looking proper again

Hi John,
The link you supplied is non-functional, however after typing out the correct address and going into the new ticket area I have been asked to re-new support at $42 US….............As I assume that this is a problem with an update since I have not modified the site prior to the change in formatting, I am not sure why I need to pay to support your functional development error.
This should be a simple fix and I am looking for guidance, I don’t believe it is business ethical to create a problem so you can make a profit by charging to fix it.
Please advise
Hey there,
Thanks for writing back.
Relating to your query here, we do not provide support for the theme here. This is a pre-sales channel. Also, theme support purchase is a service we provide via ThemeForest if you need support of the theme (https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/208191263-What-is-Item-Support-).
I believe this is an issue that arose after the latest WP Job Manager release. I would suggest that you try out the changes here: https://prnt.sc/o6qm8b.
If this does not work on your end, could you kindly submit a support ticket over at our support channel . This way we can take a closer look at the issue for you!
