That feature call to Contact Form 7. So you can easy to custom any fields by using Contact Form 7.

1/ Yes, it’s possible. Elementor Pro allow you to replace the built-in header & footer of the theme.
2/ No, it’s impossible. This theme only has the number pagination.
3/ No, it’s impossible. The CleverLayeredNavigation plugin doesn’t have that feature.

Hello, when I turn breadcrumbs off they don’t turn off. This is a little frustrating for mobile view since they take up 3-4 lines in some places. How do I get rid of breadcrumbs?
ncksystemhaus same thing happend to me; the problem is that there is a missing file in the theme he uploaded in themeforest (cart.php customizer). He send me a dropbox url to download a previous version and it “partially” works. Partially because the products cannot be seen in many pages ;( I do not understand why he did not uploaded yesterday the correct theme files when he already knows that more people., like you, can buy the wrong theme not working. Bad support and bad documentation. I regret buying this theme. Also, it is the first time that happens to me that I buy a theme and it does not work. Ah, and it was me who had to tell him why the theme gives you that error and it does not work because he did not even care. He had not even seen my submitted ticket and I had to write him here so he pays more attention. :(
1/ We’ve already provided the hot fix for you and you already confirm it works.
2/ When release a new version we must fix many issues, add many improvements… And of course we must do testing before release it.
Here is the change logs of the version 1.5.0 :
- Add more Product Hover Effect. User can change hover effect at Customize -> WooCommerce -> Shop Page -> Hover Effect. - Improve mobile cart layout. - Improve sale count down with variable product. - Improve off canvas cart feature. - Fix issue missing files. - Fix issue minor issue of single product.

1) IT DOES NOT WORK even when you have accessed my WP dashboard
2) It DOES NOT WORK even when I just downloaded de new version uploaded to themeforest
3) What hot fix provided?? It DOES NOT WORK
4) You cannot sell something that does not work, until you test it and it works
5) You cannot make me waste my time and lose my client because you are selling me something that does not work.
6) If I buy a theme today, is because I need it today, not 2 weeks later, when I am supposed to have finished my web
7) You shouldn’t ask me (your client) to be patient and wait how long for the product you sold me to finally work, if it does??? You should apologize for selling me something that does not work NOW (I do not care about the future,I’m am buying and paying now, I do not tell you to sell me something and be patient to get my money, I pay right away) and RETURN my money back, because I need to buy a theme that works now to be able to work for my client!

Hello, under WooCommerce > Status there are a few things that are outdated and curious if you can fix them all in your next update to avoid any possible vulnerability.
1. woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php
2. woocommerce/single-product/clever-swatches-image.php
Also it says some cleversoft plugins are not tested with latest version of WP, can those be updated as well?
It’s not related to the theme. It’s relate to CleverSwatches plugin. And The CleverSwatches is tested with the latest version of WooCommerce & WordPress. There is no issue for sure!

I am trying to change the colors for the text of the Menu links (hover color) as well as the social links at the footer. They are an orange-red currently, but I cannot find this anywhere in Elementor or the Customize section. I’ve set a number of colors and cannot seem to overwrite the theme CSS, nor find it in the Editor.
UPDATE: Never mind—I resolved this!

The Ciao comes with header builder so you can easy to config to show or hide them in mobile or desktop. You should check the document or the landing page to see the intro video about the header builder.
