you mean when opening the page locally I should comment those lines, bu when opening the page using http url no need to do those comments right?

You need to uncomment the JS file loading code while checking the HTML page directly in browser. And comment or remove that bottom code when you upload the page on your online hosting server to view it using online path with http url.

Our support team have already replied your 2 tickets on the same day. You can login to your ThemeZaa support account > click toggle icon in top left > click Closed tickets, so you can see all of your past / closed tickets there.

By default we have Ajax form feature, so it will display success / fail message on the same page instead of redirecting to any other page and that you can see in your attached js-code.png image where redirect code is disabled. So if you have customised anything related to form code then please revert back it and that should help. Also please make sure AJAX is working in your server.

Yes that is the style for modal but you can have few other animation styles using Magnific popup library. And yes that background scroll can be disabled by a minor code change in JS if required.
