Hi, I am having a variation issue on my shoe sizes. When a customer picks a shoe size and adds to cart, the cart defaults to the smallest size on we have. For example, if a buyer chooses size 43 and adds to cart, the cart default to size 40 which is the smallest size. I have emailed about this. Please fix this is urgent.

This issue is not fixed. I just uploaded a fresh copy of the theme to my site to test. The problem still exists. Your team still has access to my site. I have named the new upload Ella Theme – New Upload. Please fix this as I really like this theme.

If you use ella, you will download preset of homepage you want. http://themes.halothemes.com/marketplace/shopify-ella-documentation/Read_me.html#!/settings_data. If you want to use child theme such as Petica, you can upload and install this theme source into your site, child themes will have separate theme source.

Hi, I’m considering to purchase your theme but need some more information. As about the filtering section. Can I create other fillers based on custom tags or are they only limited to brand, color, price etc? Also do you have, by any chance, the Compere Products and Age Restriction modules as I could not find any info on them?

- You can use another filter option you want. There are 2 types of filter options, a type like color which allow you upload color, and the rest is like filter texts which you can create like you want: http://prntscr.com/oa4tz9
- Compare product and Age Restriction are possible to do but they are not available in our Ella, we can customize for you if you want

Just one more thing:
- Would it be possible to add the checkbox – “I agree with the terms and conditions” before Add to Cart and Proceed to Checkout buttons in such way that only if it’s checked these actions can be activated?
- Also would it be possible to customize the contact form adding exactly the same checkbox and 2 extra check-boxes where client can select in which way (phone call or email) he/she wants us to contact them (both options optional)?
These features are quite important for us as are required by GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

You can use Google Translation with our theme, it is compatible and you can follow instruction of Google Translation to add it into theme.

It can only be clicked on add to cart/selection option button, wish icon and product title to go to actual product image. Please note this issue is only on desktop but on ipad or mobile device works perfect, so I guess it the screen breakingponts.
I will be pleased if your sort this issue and let me know as soon as possible as we are ready to on live. If this issue doesn’t sort then we will be considering changing theme.
I have emailed to your support team on Monday no response yet. I find your theme is good but I’m sorry to say that your support team is poor on responding on time and Its happened previously too. They are slow and takes time to understand the issue compare to others or if they do they will never complete an enquiry in full even after giving the actual screenshot. So I’m reluctant to buy future support.
Please don’t take that as a complaint but this is inform you about my experience and to improve your support team.

=> It is not theme issue as you mentioned. On Desktop version, when you hover over a product image, you will see there are elements such as: wishlist, button, review, size variant, below is the product name. By logical, you will be able to click to these parts which we highlight in red: http://prntscr.com/oa0kz5 to go to product detailed.
You know, wishlist is wishlist feature so when you click it, it will work for wishlist. Review is for review feature, and size variant is for size feature so the rest places are where you can click, it is logic and work well.
On Mobile version, it doesn’t have elements like on desktop because it is optimized that why you click image and it will go to product detailed.
- Regarding poor support and late response, you mentioned that you sent your email on Monday but we only received your email on Tuesday not Monday and please understand for the different time zone as well as Customer Service Dept., only open in business hours that why we mentioned in our support policy that the response time will be around 1-2 working days.

You hid all elements and move the wishlist to the top left corner: http://prntscr.com/oa0uko. We are not sure what you made changes and cause the issue because you changed password.
We tested on our theme and when you turn off elements, you still can click the area in this image to go to product detailed page: http://prntscr.com/oa0saj
Please provide us your correct password to help you check and please be careful with coding theme not to cause the conflict.

Also many thanks for the screenshot this is what I meant. Please note that we have disabled option on > customize/product image as to us is more clean. So without these elements product image cannot be clicked to go to actual product image?. If you look at all or any websites product image is clickable regardless of those elements.
