revolution slider not showing / stopped working

I updated the theme today and the Slider Revolution is not showing up on the home page. On the page it says the “If you are setting this page as your front page at Settings > Reading then use this metabox options for the page header slider instead of page/post header options” . However, this option does not show on at Settings > Reading. Is there an additional update to the theme. I have version 3.3.4 of the theme installed.

We are having an issue with the event calendar. For example, we have entered an event for 12/18/19. When viewing the event on the sidebar from the widget the date is 1217/19 and we we view the same event on the event page the date is listed as 12/16/19. How can this be fixed? We are using the current version of the theme and widgets.

I was updating the site, then all of a sudden the API disconnected. This isn’t even something I remember establishing. So then I went through the steps to generate a new token and its not working. Is this a way to force me to buy another license for this theme? My client’s site is DOWN. Please help as soon as possible.

So currently I am having an issue to install the core plugins. After I have uploaded the theme to WordPress, it asked to install all the core plugins and I clicked activate, then it showed an error message saying” Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. Can you please check it out for me and tell me how to fix this?

After updating to the latest version of the theme (3.3.1), and updating the Native Core plugin, all my sermons and events no longer work, and are unable to be viewed. For example, when you click on a sermon album you can see all the sermons, but each individual sermon (or event) is not able to be opened. It just shows the sermon/event preview with a “continue reading” button that doesn’t go anywhere.

My support for this theme has expired, but this doesn’t seem to be related to something I did on my end.

Important Notice

New version of NativeChurch theme i.e. v3.3 released on 31st July, 2019 is a major update following the new WP Standards announced by Envato Review Team. Once you update your theme to this version, you must install or update the NativeChurch Core plugin to it’s latest version i.e. v1.0.2 in order to use the theme at it’s full capacity since the custom post types/shortcodes and few other important things are not available through this plugin only.

Hi there, does the upcoming event feature (homepage) require additional paid plugins, or will it work with a Google calendar integrated with the website, for example?

There is a bug (or just needs updated) in the sermon video routines. It says the embed code is invalid for the video when entering a vimeo video link in the page for a new sermon. I was able to fix the issue myself but would suggest having this fix put in for future versions of the theme. It appears vimeos embed codes have changed which probably is what the issue is.

In the file theme_functions.php, line line 288 needs to be changed to… return ’<iframe src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/’ . $video_id¹ . ’”?byline=0&portrait=0” width=”’ . $width . ’” height=”’ . $height . ’” frameborder=”0” allow=”autoplay; fullscreen” allowfullscreen></iframe>’;

This fixes the issue. The embed codes are wrong in the current theme_functions.php file. Thanks.

Hello, I purchased this theme years ago and I am still using it strong for our church. I was wondering if we are able to use multiple google calendar IDs to display all our calendars?

I will like to place the upcoming events (the type under the slider) on the page but not directly under the slider, it this possible? as i cant find a widget to do this
