Your theme seems so wonderful. I wonder if list owners can create different plans for their service they are selling. For example: ‘providing legal counseling for 2 days would be $200’ and ‘for 4 days would be $300’. Will this be possible? Thank you!
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, what would be possible is for them to create bookable products and have them associated with their listings. Here is an article on this: https://docs.astoundify.com/article/1062-create-a-message-dashboard-page. Kindly note that the plugins referenced are purchased separately.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Great! Thank you very much for your help!
Hi, Pre-sales questions:
1- Can I create new categories and sub-categories?
2- Can I create new custom objects?
3- Can an item be a part of multiples sub-categories?
4- Can I list items in a category with an assigned sorting (not really by date/ alphabetical/)
5- Is the theme fully responsive?
6- Is there a demo-environment that I can try out?
7- ListingPro is generally considered the best directory theme, what do you guys do better than them?
Thankyou
Hey there,
Thanks for showing interest in our theme. Relating to the questions here:
1.Yes this is possible.
2. Sorry, I’m not quite certain I fully understand you on this. Kindly elaborate further on this.
3. Yes this is possible.
4. What is possible would be to set a default sorting within the customizer options, such as random, most viewed. The option selected here will be applied throughout your archive pages, which includes listing categories.
5. Yes it is.
6. As it currently stands, there is only front-end demos here:
https://listify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/ https://listify-demos.astoundify.com/rentals/You may use these to test out the various achievable features.
7. Unlike Listing Pro, our theme was built upon the default Wp Job Manager plugin framework. We have also developed a number of custom addons that you can integrate within your site to bring in some extensive features within your site, including a messaging feature. You may check them out here (https://astoundify.com/products/plugin-bundle/).
Let me know if you have any questions.

Pre-sales question: Do you have an option to search parent locations if a child location is entered for service businesses. (ex. search for New York, get results for companies that are offer nationwide services)
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, you will need to fill in that specific state i.e New York in this case, for the search to return results. It will not render nationwide results by default. However, you can use the FacetWP plugin to create custom advanced search filters to expound on your target location, such as country-wide listings.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey there,
In reference to your question here, that String can be translated using the Say What plugin from the listify domain as outlined within this article.
I hope this helps.

I’m really having a hard time. I simply can’t access support! This issue have more than 15 days. I need to know if this can be fix or I will need to ask for a refund? I created a new e-mail and same thing keeps happening.
Does this Theme have an “Advanced Search” feature (i.e. search/filter by location/category/child-category/field/etc.)?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, apart from the default Wp Job Manager search filters, currently we integrate with the FacetWP plugin for creating custom advanced search filters.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello! pre-purchase question: I am looking for a function where I can grab business listings from Google Maps into the directory I am buidling. Does your theme provide this function?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, as it currently stands there is no feature built in with Listify or function at this time to directly import listings from Google Maps. You can import Listings through files such as XML or CSV files using the WP all Import plugin, but there is no way to import listings directly from Google.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Pre-sales questions: (1) can i create several listing types with this theme, in order to create a theme that acts similarly to the MyListing theme? This theme used to be built on WPJobManager, but is now custom—my preference is to use WPJobManager. (2) if the answer is yes to my first question, and since this theme is built on WPJobManager, if one of the listing types was “jobs”, how could I expand on the jobs listing type with various add-ons? Essentially, I’d like to combine Listify and Jobify, which I’m guessing is possible since they’re both built on WPJobManager. (3) how can I add various user types (employer, candidate, seller, buyer, etc)?
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, with our Listify theme, you can only have one listing directory type in our Listify theme. You cannot have two, i.e. events, cars, real estate, you can only have one listing type.
You can however use the theme on different WordPress installs to use a different listing type.
Let me know if you have any questions.

So I’ve had the Listify theme installed but have some issues in WP Admin:
1. I can’t find the categories section for listings. All I see under listings menu is settings and add-ons. How do I amend or add a category.
2. I also can’t see individual listings under WP Admin even though I downloaded the demo content – how do I amend listings from WP Admin
Thanks
Hey there,
Sorry for the issues here.
However, this is actually not an issue brought forth by the theme. Could you possibly try out this:
1. Deactivate your current Wp Job Manager plugin (Not delete).
2. Upload a previous version such as version 1.32.3 (under a different file name).
3. Activate the new upload and check whether you are in a position to view the rest of the menu items.
4. If so, deactivate that version and activate your previous version in 1 above.
If the above does not work out on your end, we suggest getting in touch with our support team here:

Hello this is pre-sale question and i have read pre-sale FAQ. Woocommerce Product Vendors is very limited, i will be using WCFM Front End Manager Ultimate (https://wclovers.com) its compatible with Woocommerce Booking and have front end property management for vendors plus plugin for vendor subscriptions.
So i would like to Listify handle all the frontend display including awsome search and map integration. Vendor/Booking management will be handled by woocommerce booking and WCFM ultimate.
Is this possible, like a strip down version of Listify (kind of dedicated theme for woocommerce booking and accommodation). Thanks
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, unfortunately, Listify does not support the WCFM Woocommerce Front End Manager. Right now we only support using WooCommerce extensions like the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin. Kindly note that Listify is designed as a Directory theme. Unfortunately it is not designed to be a Marketplace theme. At least it does not have ALL the components to be a complete marketplace.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Why can’t I see the listings in the admin – Listings > All Listings (WP Job Manager) – there are only Settings and Add-Ons – where are the other tabs to manage the listings?
I’m not able to approve listing in the basic version of this theme – Please let me know why all the listing functionality isn’t active.

Hello I I tried uploading the previous version but had to delete the new version to do so – After activation the menu issue was fixed. Now am I going to have this issue when the plugin updates? I will hold off for a bit and hope this gets fix soon.
Thanks for the help
I noticed that the salespage says
Last Update: 9 July 19, but there are no details about the changelog. Can you share the changelog please?
We made a mistake, there’s been no major updates, but we will shortly.
Impossible to manage / create categories I do not see the option List / categories. In the “list” menu I only see: All lists, Add new, Settings and Add-ons Nor can I manage the category in existing content (Still demo content) I already have read the documentation but impossible to do this
How can I manage the categories?

Hello, Is it possible to display a list of child categories when searching by classic category like that https://ibb.co/2jm1PdP
Hey there,
Relating to your question here, yes it is possible to display child categories as illustrated in your screenshot. You will still need to use the Image grid and specify the IDs to the child categories.
Hope this answers your question.
